Loved our stay here. The room was right on the lagoon beach and close to the beach bar. Beauiful lagoon for swimming with easy ingress so although the main pool was closed this didn't impact our stay. Would love to go back after the refurb when the main pool is open. Small tips in local currency were appreciated and our room was cleaned immaculately and the mini bar kept well stocked with soft drinks. Easy to hail a tuk tukl outside for a trip to the Marina or Downtown. Food was really good with lots of choice and entertainment every evening. Daily activities too. The hotel will provide an airport transfer to Hurghada if requested,
We had a wonderful holiday. Its success was not limited to the beautiful location and outstanding hotel; the entire staff—from service personnel to the housekeeping team—deserves special praise. We always felt welcome and appreciated. "Mahmoud Nasr" truly made our holiday special; thanks to his confidence, composure, attentiveness, and energy, he provided us with excellent service during the last three days of our trip. Our thanks go to everyone working with him as well.
Gorgeous resort, great location and amazing staff. This is the nicest Sheraton I have stayed at. Special shout-out to Ibrahim, the fitness pro who does a great workout - t on have that extra glass of wine.
My room was spacious with a huge balcony overlook the lagoons and the full moon was right on time.
