Rude reception, poor communication, and an unnecessary issue over a guest’s bag. Service needs improvement.
Very disappointing experience, especially with the Front Desk team. They were extremely unprofessional and rude.
We had the most fantastic time at cooks club. Mohammed Ali and Salam were brilliant, food excellent, entertainment top notch, and plenty of activities around the area. Would 100% return and plan to next year.
A fabulous hotel with the most helpful staff. Very friendly and kind. I love listening to music around the pool but it just seems too much and the hotel has such a chilled out vibe it doesn't seem to mix. Chill out music would have been good in late afternoon. It's full on!
Overall, it was a great experience. The location is amazing, the room is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. The daily activities are also really nice. However, the hotel needs to pay more attention to cleanliness, as there was some dust in the room and corridors, and some breakfast fruits and vegetables looked wilted and some glasses were not clean. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.
