Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The location is wonderful, close to beach, a nice pool, and also not far from te Marina. The rooms are incredible, it was a spacious room. The rooms are always very clean, but also the hotel in total. The service is wow, Jacqueline is very warm person. Who helps you with everything. But also the other staff is very kind and helpful. This hotel is worth the money.
Casa Cook El Gouna is easily one of the best stays in the area. The adult-only, boho-chic setup makes it super peaceful and laid-back. Loved the minimalist design, comfy rooms with private pool, and the chill main pool area. Food at Kitchen Club was delicious and fresh, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Can't wait to go back!

The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and you could tell how much passion and care they put into every dish. Omar and the kitchen team were always friendly, welcoming, and made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests.
The entire team at Casa Cook was fantastic — everyone was kind, attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The warm atmosphere and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.
