I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I would especially like to thank Germeen one of the staff members for her exceptional service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. It was a great experience the staff was so awesome especially germeen at the reception and ahmed raga Ahmed Ahmed ragab at the gate. The room service was more than greatness.
