Cyprus<\/h2>\n

A Cypriot Easter is a welcoming and vibrant time, marked with delicious foods and jubilant celebrations. The smells of traditional Cypriot foods fill the air, along with the scent of orange blossoms and the buzz of excitement. The lighting of huge bonfires and the carrying of candles feature largely in Cypriot festivities, as well as fireworks, music and feasting.<\/p>\n

Sri Lanka<\/h2>\n

Sri Lankan Easter weather is dry and warm, and you will be likely to catch passionate Easter celebrations in many areas of the country, especially in coastal areas such as Negombo. Hang around until the 12th<\/sup> to 13th<\/sup> and you\u2019ll catch the fireworks, festival music and wonderful traditional foods on offer at the Buddhist New Year.<\/p>\n
