The best place to stay in Thailand!
I stayed on fitness street for a month and The One Cozy is THE SPOT for anyone who is wishing to work, train and relax on the beautiful island of Phuket! The staff, amenities and location is 5 stars and I’ll be sure to return!
A place where you feel like home
They treated me very well! Kind! Good and clean pool! Cleaning every day. And fair price!
100% wort staying in
Me and my husband booked for a week and we loved it so much-we just booked another 7 days here.Staff are very friendly and helpful ,boss likes to be around and makes sure we are happy with the service ! Rooms and pool area are very clean and breakfast is lovely! We recommend this hotel 100 % -great value for an affordable price !
Amazing Place
I spent two weeks here as I was training at Tiger Muay Thai. This place was a little gem for me and I loved everything about it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food served there is of good quality and at a fair price. The swimming pool is wonderful and I spend so much time in the pool after training. My room was really nice and the whole set up for me was perfect and its also just down the road from Tiger Muay Thai another massive plus. I will be returning to stay here again it was a pleasure and I loved it.

Very disappointing - staff unfriendly, rooms not as advertised and much better alternatives in Chalong to stay!
Emailed ahead to inform hotel of late arrival. Our rooms had been given to other guests, despite paying a premium for the reservation of said rooms. Updated next day to the rooms we’d booked but with no remorse or offer of refund. Staff generally unfriendly. Rooms are far from those depicted on Agoda. However, location is good, rooms are cleaned everyday and are nice enough. Staff however let this hotel down. The manager shows more effort than the rest, but not enough to compensate for the overall bad experience we had. Beds are uncomfortable. Several other interactions with guests requesting to extend their stay, revealed that the hotel tried desperately to rip people off by charging more. Repeatedly had to ask for toilet tissue replenishment. I cut my stay short partially because of the treatment we received.
