The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The buffet was great. Joy at the excursion desk was great to work with. However the TV never worked and the rooms are not as nice as in the website pictures.
Facilities are well maintained even not very modern. Breakfast is reasonable selection of Western and Asia foods Everything you need:)
Total scam. No warning that major noise, no lift and no power for all day. I will be writing to Booking.com to have you removed from accommodation supplier because this is unacceptable. You must warn BEFORE booking
Rooms are good. Good assistance from the staffs. Only issue is with Air conditioning dosent works very well on 2nd night. Rather than it was good.
Perfect hotel for him, the hotel will be closed for renovations until November, I understand, I have no doubt that I will return to it
