Stayed for 10 days at Outrigger Khao Lak and absolutely loved our stay here. Amazing hotel facility with delicious food and super friendly staff which goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. They genuinely care and love to give recommendations for places to visit. A huge thank you to all staff members, including the team at the pool (Au, Shane,Baw), the cafe (Paul,Mai,Lert), the restaurant (Pearwah, Cream, Non, Sun) and Pim at reception. As well as that, a massive thank you to the staff members working behind the scenes, such as the kitchen staff and the cleaning staff.
Highly recommend and definitely will be back next year!
I had the opportunity to stay for the second time. This time, the hotel was still quiet. Suitable for relaxation Inside the room is clean. For breakfast at the hotel Still clean Fresh fruits and salads I would like to recommend this hotel to be on the list of relaxing hotels for travelers.
A Truly Warm and Memorable Stay at Outrigger Khao Lak.
I had the pleasure of staying at Outrigger Khao Lak from September 20–22, 2026, and I honestly had such a wonderful and heartwarming experience.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how friendly, welcoming, and attentive the staff were. The service throughout my stay was excellent, from check-in to check-out. I’m sorry that I can’t remember everyone’s names, but I truly appreciate each and every one of you for making me feel so welcome.
A special thank you to Khun Nont at the restaurant and pool bar. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. His warm and personal service really made a difference and made my time by the pool even more enjoyable.
I’d also like to give a special mention to Khun Mai from the breakfast restaurant. She was absolutely lovely and, what made me especially happy, she remembered me from my stay last year! It was such a wonderful feeling to be remembered, and once again, she made me feel so welcome with her warm smile and genuinely friendly service.
What I loved most about this stay was the feeling of being genuinely cared for. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and personal, and the staff made the experience feel less like simply staying at a hotel and more like coming back to a familiar place.
Thank you so much to the entire Outrigger Khao Lak team for taking such good care of me and for making my stay so memorable.

It is our probably 5th time back to this hotel. We still love kids club there with excellent service especially with K Prae. Her sympathy makes our kids comfortable and very happy. We will definitely come back.
I have lost count of how many times I have returned to OUTRIGGER Khao Lak, and each visit continues to be a wonderful experience. This time, I stayed with my friends and their family, and we all had a fantastic time together.
From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. A special thank you to Khun A, Front Office Manager, who always remembers the details of my stays and takes exceptional care of returning guests. I would also like to recognize Khun Jay, Bellman, for his friendliness and helpful service. Their warm hospitality and personal attention made us feel truly valued throughout our stay.
Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of choices, and my friends' children especially loved spending time at the Kids Club. We would like to thank Khun Pair and Khun Omelet for their kindness, patience, and genuine care for the children. Their warm and attentive service gave parents peace of mind and made the kids feel happy and comfortable.
We also greatly appreciated the excellent service from the recreation team, especially Khun Au, Khun Sa, Khun Bao, Khun Chan, and Khun Tum. They were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, making every activity more enjoyable for both adults and children. Their positive energy truly enhanced our holiday experience.
Overall, it was another wonderful stay from check-in to check-out. The genuine hospitality, attentive service, and warm atmosphere created by the entire team made our visit memorable once again. Thank you to everyone at OUTRIGGER Khao Lak for making us feel so welcome. We look forward to returning again soon and creating many more happy memories.
