Very nice and helpful staff. My husband who had mobility issues was taken on a wheelchair from the car to the room. Almost all staff spoke good english. We had to stay there for only 5 days as we made a previous booking somewhere else but we had to go back after 3 days as the other hotel we booked for 7 days did not meet our expectations (room was dark and musty, towels too old and food overpriced!). We were so touched by Manager Lek’s hospitality, he gave us a very good accomodation and let us check in so early (as we left the other hotel at 6am). Like the first time, we were treated so nicely until we had to leave to go back to Australia. Will surely come back!👌💖 Shout out to Ton, Toto, Aon, Film, Fa, Neung, Ice & Donut.
We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Le Méridien Khao Lak Resort & Spa with my family. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, all very enjoyable.
The staff provided outstanding service, especially Dada and Keane both of them made us feel very welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay.
Having worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years, I truly appreciate good service and attention to detail. I can confidently say that this was a great stay with excellent service. We just returned from a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Khao Lak traveling in a group of 4 adults and 6 children, and we are already looking forward to coming back. This resort is absolutely perfect for a large family getaway. • Amazing for Kids & Teens: The resort did an incredible job keeping all the kids happy. The younger children were completely entertained and incredibly well looked after at the Kids Club. Meanwhile, the older kids absolutely loved hanging out in the Teen Zone area, especially with the gaming setup. It gave the adults plenty of peace of mind and time to relax! • The Vibe & Location: Located right on the quiet and scenic Bangsak Beach, it is the ideal spot to truly unwind. Watching the sunset from the beach grill or Coconut Jo's bar is an absolute must. • Dining & Breakfast: The breakfast spread is extensive, fresh, and changes up daily with plenty of great options. Dining at The Nest and the Beach Grill made for great evenings with our feet in the sand. • The Standout Service: What truly makes this resort shine is the team. Everyone was warm and attentive from check-in to check-out. A special, heartfelt thank you to Yannick & Muna at The Nest for the incredible dining hospitality, and to Na at the Spa for the absolute best, relaxing treatment. They truly went above and beyond to make our large group feel welcome every single day! Whether you’re traveling as a couple or a big family group with kids of all ages, this resort delivers wonderful value for a luxury getaway. Highly recommended!
The hospitality of the hotel staff especially Dinesh is second to none. Always been greeted with a smile. The staff are polite, friendly, efficient and were at hand to help at all times. The room was clean, airy and spacious. The food at the restaurants was varied and catered for all palettes. The chef was hugely accommodating to requests. Thankyou. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return.
