JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort and Spa

Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. We were left standing at the reception for almost two hours while the staff repeatedly checked room availability. I even offered to pay for an upgrade, but no effort was made to accommodate us. After all that waiting, we were simply given the same room we had originally booked. The staff seemed confused, the manager was unhelpful, and full payment was taken immediately despite the room not being ready.

This was far below the standard I expect from a Marriott. The resort also appeared to have too few buggies, adding to the frustration. Losing two hours of our holiday on arrival due to poor management created a terrible first impression and turned what should have been a five-star welcome into a very disappointing experience.

Even after telling them tell the main duty manager or general manager to call me they dont noone is bothered would not recommend anyone to this property

The tub also had rusted things the hotel is run down and half of the places is under renovation which they dont even mention online anywhere

Very clean rooms, with good Atmosphere, loved spacious rooms, service was great, staff was very helpful, worth every penny, Noise level very peaceful. amenities for all age group, gym, games. Mr. Dhanajay the manager was very helpful, he looked after our need well.

This hôtel is what made us love khao lak even more, you dont even need to go out, everything you need is in the hotel ESPACIALLY TA KRAI restaurant, the best thai food we had during our vacation in Thailand, we ate local, we ate at markets, restaurants and no one does it like them. Mango & Tanny made our expériences so much better, so friendly and they took such a good care of us!!
