Security Deposit Not Returned — No Damage, No Terms
Deposit of 19,500 baht paid. Utilities (~10,700 baht) deducted correctly, but over 8,000 baht was not returned despite no damages and no written forfeiture terms.

Recommeded for budget traveller who wants to swim in a great pool!
The perfect location in southern part of the center of Hua Hin, just next to the main street, this hotel offered as a great and cheap 5 nights stay. The pool was BIG and kids loved it. It felt incredible to swim in own peace just 30m from the main road. Hotel offered thai and western breakfast menu, but tons of cheaper street food restaurants were nearby so we didn’t test hotel’s kitchen. Rooms were comfortable enough and very clean compared to very reasonable pricing. Only discomfort was that walls were so thin that you had to keep your kids in silent mode :-) to not disturb others. But kids enjoyed the pool and easy walk to Blueport and the beach and even to Cicada market so it was just a small detail.

2 unbearable staffs
2 people of the staff tainted our rest with inappropriate behavior. First a man about 50 years old in glasses who is responsible for repairings is very rude to clients. Second a young girl from the reception (not the one who is the hosts' daughter) boasted to one of her friends, that she can punish clients who she doesn't like using magic. That all left very unpleasant feelings.

Highly recomended! Visit here for several times; the best service and hospitable staffs can be experienced as always. Great location is one of reasons to stay here, as it's located in the quiet area of Hua-Hin, meanwhile, I still can enjoy beach vibes just 5-7 minutes across the main road. The pool is perfect and I can say that you'd never find this kinda pool at any hotel with similar category. Always enjoy in-room vibes as the room is decorated by music instruments and few of drawings and especially - its spotless cleanliness. The room also provided separated kitchenette, so we can cook sometimes when we were too lazy to go eating out.

Staff very nice and helpful, good service. Clean and tidy. Fantastic pool, clean and very nice water. Rather good location. Nice restaurants nearby. Very quiet in nigth. A Seveneleven shop and pharmacy right outside.
