Lovely private resort
Location : a bit far from main street may need a car, 7/11 is near by (can walk), many restaurants close to the resort (easy for food delivery)
Room (Pool Side) : spacious room size with complete amenities, tea& coffee facilities, micro wave, refrigerator.
Staff/Service : lovely and helpful staffs.

Nice pool villa
Stayed 3 bedrooms with pricate pool was very nice and super clean, hotel provide us free shuttle to shopping mall due we have no car on this trip, breakfast was ok for what we eat for breakfast nothingbto complain.

Amazing design
Located near by bluport mall, very convenient, experience elegan, as single traveller, space balcony right by the pool, parking space, bikecycle touring another sight seing to the evening market, excellent service, will recommend to all my friends.

Nice room
We stay here for 3 nights in Deluxe room, the room was clean and very relaxing staff super friendly and polite, they have free shuttle service to hua hin 3 times a day and not far from shopping mall.

Nice place HORRIBLE SERVICE
This hotel was a horrible experience from the start. They wouldn't offer me a deal on a room and said look online for best offers. After I booked online, they offered me a better deal AFTER the fact. Then they said they wouldn't give the offer if I canceled..?????
I booked and paid for a bike for 5 days and had to leave the hotel early because of travel restrictions. They said I couldn't get a refund fo the bike even though I didn't use it for 3 days....Once I asked for the owner's name and #, they said to come back later. When I returned, they said they can 'try' and get a refund before check out. But couldn't find the owners #. I did get the refund of the bike after lots of pleading.
For fun, I asked if I could get a refund for the room for 3 nights not used and they said NO. I wasn't surprised.
Nice hotel, away from the city and beach area...TERRIBLE service.
Also, breakfast has 2 options (typical western break and an Asian dish) that must be pre-ordered the night before. 500 BAHT/2.
Much better places down the road.
