Awful hotel, mould and damp smell in the rooms and cockroaches under bed.
The hotel is very noisy and staff don’t care.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is wonderfully quiet, and the staff are professional and attentive. The reception area is open and welcoming, and I was impressed by how clean the entire property is maintained. Having an on-site massage shop and coffee shop was incredibly convenient for relaxing without needing to leave the grounds. The location offers a fascinating contrast. If you exit the hotel and turn left, you’ll find yourself on a busy street lined with bars, hotels, and restaurants. At night, the area completely transforms. It becomes very lively and high-energy, with a significant nightlife scene featuring many street performers, ladyboys, and local women aggressively inviting passersby into the venues. It is quite a scene to witness! This hotel is the perfect choice if you want a clean, calm place to sleep while being only a few steps away from the intense local nightlife.

Don’t stay here sleep on the street it’s safer!!
The worst place we have ever stayed phone ringing 12 am noise for 2 nights constant , fighting and as for the staff and management you should be ashamed of yourselves don’t stay at the awful hotel soi 4 sukumvit Bangkok we lost 2 nights payment for asking to move we had no sleep for nights never again and booking.com will not be getting any more of my business just because they deal with them

Terrible experience, will never recommend even if its for free
"Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Hotel
Our family of 8 (7 adults, 1 child) had an extremely negative experience at this hotel. Despite booking and paying for three triple-sharing rooms, we only received two double rooms and one triple room - a clear breach of our reservation agreement.
The welcome was non-existent. Instead, we were immediately warned that if anyone complained about noise from our rooms, we would have to pay for their room charges. Ironically, when we complained about noise from other guests, management took no action.
Staff was consistently rude and unhelpful. There was no room service or basic cooperation even for our child's food needs. Breakfast options for vegetarians were limited to pre-counted bread and butter portions only.
Overall, the service was pathetic and the experience was thoroughly unpleasant. I cannot recommend this hotel to families or vegetarian travelers."

Nice hotel, clean, friendly, correct. Good price-quality. Only pitty the bar at swimmingpool was not open. Nice swimmingpool also.
