Unforgettable service by Manager Soo-yeon—truly exceptional!
We want to express our deepest gratitude to Manager Soo-yeon for the exceptional care she showed our son, which truly touched our hearts. While we travel abroad several times a year and have encountered various issues at hotels in different countries, Manager Soo-yeon's thoughtful and considerate service at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit was a wonderful surprise. This is genuinely the first time we have felt such warmth and dedication. We cannot praise her enough for making this trip an unforgettable memory for us!

We (6) had lunch for my wife’s birthday at Orchid Cafe at Sheraton Sukumvit. The officers are nice and helpful.

Amazing Hotel
The hotel was absolutely stunning. The staff were very attentive, not to forget the bell gentleman, always at your service . My husband and I had a massage , Thai and aroma , just amazing , we both felt like new people . The pool makes you feel like you are in a totally different place , an oasis amongst the busy city . We would highly recommend this hotel , the rooms are huge and beds super comfortable. The location is great if you want to be in the middle of it all . Lots of people outside offering guided tours .

Dinner Buffet at Orchid
We had a wonderful dinner buffet experience at the Orchid Restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, and all the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious as well!
A special thank you to K’New Year, who took such great care of us and gave us excellent recommendations throughout our meal. We really appreciated the warm and thoughtful service.

Orchid cafe is one of recommendation restaurant among Asok area. Clean, Variety and very good service from K.NEWYEAR. Fresh sashimi, Nice Lamb steak and variety of dessert. Please come and try!!!
