The most wonderful team we’ve ever met! A huge thank you to Big, Rose, Tanya, Torfun, and the whole team at Pathumwan Princess for making our family feel so welcome and cared for. The personal attention at breakfast was incredible. They remembered the dishes we requested and even learned what time we usually arrived. They prepared everything in advance and timed it so our food came out of the kitchen just as we arrived. Those thoughtful touches made our mornings so easy and enjoyable. They were also so lovely with our children, spoiling them with attention and gifts and making them feel special. What we’ll remember most is the warmth and kindness of this team. Every morning, we were greeted with smiles and felt that they truly cared about us. This is honestly the most amazing team we have ever come across. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our family. You made our stay memorable, and we would love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Pathumwan experience. The seamless checkin, excellent butler service and the club lounge made our stay most enjoyable. The staff in the club lounge were, at all times, professional and courteous while attending to our every need. We would especially like to thank Dada, Tanya, Big, Torfun and Plose (apologies if I have misspelt any names), they were wonderful and great ambassadors for the renowned Thai hospitality. We hope to repeat this experience in the not too distant future.
