This themed establishment is a uniquely defined Bangkok boutique hotel, set aside from the hustle and bustle of the city life, but within easy reach from the central areas. With a European-style façade and motifs it artfully blended elegance and modern facilities. The spacious rooms are decorated in soft and subtle colours and open to large windows that give them a bright and airy feeling. Everything in them is reminiscent of the typical continental style and hospitality. Located on a quiet street, just off the trendy and busy Sukhumvit Road, the property is just a short walk from both Asoke and Nana BTS Skytrain stations and the Sukhumvit MRT metro station. Guests looking for shopping will find the Emporium centre and Queen Sirikit convention centre just 1 km from the city hotel, and the Siam Paragon shopping complex and Central World shopping complex both around 2 km away.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Kingston suites hotel is a great value hotel all thanks to the amazing hospitality and team.
When we had first arrived we were met with a super energetic and very helpful hotel clerk, Nay. She helped us swap our rooms when we were unhappy and she was upset when we didn’t tell her right away that our AC was not cold overnight. She was just super genuine and bubbly.
We also had a bellman name Smart. He was just a good time, funny, helpful and works very hard. When we swapped rooms we had to leave Smart downstairs due to our luggage and the small elevator. We got off wrong floor as the doors opened and a skinny, serious looking man walked in. At the time we had no idea that he was security or part of the team. He promptly took the card out of my hand and without a word showed us to our room while insisting on helping with the luggage. He was a man of few words but was enduring. We never got his name.
Later on that evening we met Yoko who also works front desk. She was just as the others were helpful and super sweet. She greeted us every night with the most adorable greetings and offers her bottle opener to us. Asking us how was our day.
I truly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and spacious rooms.
The only downsides is that it is an older hotel that could use a facelift. I also would recommend to the hotel owners that they should invest in soap dishes for the bathrooms. I highly recommend staying in the main building as the other building although is an entire suite does have a funky smell. But there is lots of space, 2 nice full size mirrors, great working fridge and excellent rain shower. Stay here if you want be treated to excellent care. Don’t be afraid to speak up if your AC isn’t working. They fixed them in both rooms we were in.
Very friendly staff, especially Yoko, Paul and the rest of the hotel team. They are more than happy to help you with anything you need during your stay in Thailand. Would highly recommend staying here your close to Terminal 21 and other sights in Bangkok
