Excellent location and customer service
Our family of 4 spent 3 nights at this hotel from Aug 27 to 30, 2026. Excellent location with access to Airport Rail Link from / to BKK airport as well as BTS. Hotel opened in 2023 but still looks very new. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious with nice decor. Our suite has 2 bathrooms with shower and /or tub plus an extra powder room, which was really helpful. It was also important for us that the air conditioners worked very well. When I changed the temperature on the conroller, it would quickly go to the desired temperature and comfort level.
The thing that impressed me the most is the excellent customer service I received from basically every staff I come across in all Departments: Executive Lounge, Housekeeping, Concierge, Dining etc. Every staff was really helpful, sincere and lively. A shout out in particular to Gii at the Executive Lounge and Gia from Concierge team.
The only thing that I feel needs to be improved is the shower's water pressure. We stayed at the 42nd floor and the water pressure from both bathrooms were pretty weak. At first, I thought it may be due to the high floor and that the pressure may be affected as a result. However, I also used the shower at the swimming pool on the 37/F, and it was fine, which leads me to believe that the floor level is not an issue. I hope management can investigate on this because Bangkok is hot and humid. The ability to take a strong shower upon returning to the hotel would be highly appreciated.

Checking in and out was smooth and fast. Services are good. View of the room is totally unblock. Room is clean and modern. Breakfast is super! Location is great. Easy and connecting access to BTS and Airport train. I am looking forward to staying here again!

We had such an amazing stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai. It truly lived up to the name “Grand” in every way!
The team made my birthday absolutely fantabulous. I walked into our room to find the most beautiful birthday decorations and a lovely cake waiting for me. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made my birthday feel incredibly special.
Our room was spotless, fresh, beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The bed was amazing, and I loved that the TV allowed us to watch Netflix easily. The bathroom was another highlight. Everything was extremely clean, the shower had lovely hot water with great pressure, and the entire bathroom smelled fresh and clean. There was absolutely no unpleasant smell, which I really appreciated.
The breakfast was beautiful, with such a wide variety of food to choose from. There was genuinely something for everyone, and breakfast each morning felt like part of the whole luxury experience.
The service was just as impressive. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, especially See Me, who was wonderful. The concierge team were also fantastic, helpful and professional throughout our stay.
From the birthday surprise to the cleanliness, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, excellent breakfast and wonderful staff, we thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay.
It wasn’t just a hotel stay, it really was a Grand experience. ❤️
