This aparthotel is located in a popular shopping district, within walking distance of leading department stores like Terminal 21, and conveniently close to the BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit stations (a 5-minute walk). It offers 234 air-conditioned rooms and features a 24-hour reception and security lobby. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a currency exchange, lift access, parking, a mini-supermarket, a restaurant, room service, and laundry services. The hotel also boasts a saltwater outdoor pool, gym, steam room, and sauna. A breakfast buffet is served daily, while lunch and dinner are available à la carte or from a set menu. Accommodations include Garden Deluxe rooms with en suite bathrooms featuring spa baths (double and twin beds available), and suites with one to three bedrooms, direct-dial telephones, and satellite TV. For the money and many other reasons, this is the best hotels in Bangkok. It is set down a quiet street next to a beautiful park, not on the other noisy and busy streets along Sukhumvit. The amenities are excellent and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Book a balcony room!!! But what really makes this place special is the great and always helpful staff. At the front desk, everyone speaks excellent English and are always happy to help. Alice has a smile that lights up the room, and I think Chris has a fan club of older ladies. They always greet me warmly and with a smile. I won’t stay anywhere else in Bangkok. NUMBER ONE!!
Selected hotel due to its proximity to Benjakitti Park and the entertainment and shopping options afforded by Sukhumvit. Took advantage of the regular golf cart shuttle service which, although not essential, is a welcome addition.
Room was located within the lower level annexed area and was clean, spacious and comfortable and included a small separate seating area. However, establishment of a WiFi connection necessitated a 20 minute in room visit by an engineer.
Room rate booked through Agoda was attractive but unfortunately the ‘Deluxe City View’ did not materialize and comprised a wall and air conditioning units !
Tried both outdoor pools with the one within the main hotel alongside the gym, clearly the most preferable to visit.
Breakfast options comprised a sufficiently broad array of Asian and Western options to satisfy most tastes.
We had a on wonderful 4-day stay in July. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping did an outstanding job, keeping our room spotless and comfortable every day. A special thanks to the Head Chef, who went out of the way to prepare a wonderful menu that suits everyone.The food was delicious, and the personalized attention made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the entire team and would be happy to stay here again.
Modern and advanced hotel with great breakfast buffet and good Ala carte dishes in dinner. Room was tidy and clean with good housekeeping. Location was just next main city centre with connected free shuttle service running throughout the day.. There was free coffee and water in reception if you just want to wait and chill Highly recommended for comfortable stay within the main city with lots of shops and restaurants and pubs and metro station connected
If you are looking for 5* deluxe, stop here! However, this is a wonderful hotel in an excellent position. We booked the deluxe double with balcony, the cost is extremely reasonable. It was clean, spacious enough and with a city view. There is a large fridge and Microwave provided . The WiFi is excellent. The Thai restaurant is excellent and extremely reasonable. All staff we encountered were pleasant and efficient. The tuk tuk service from the hotel to the near EST main road was a huge bonus. I highly reccomend this hotel and would definitly stay again
