Centara Life feels like a a a Home
PP in reception is amazing! We’ve stayed at Centara Life several times. PP always remembers us and welcomes us with a great smile! PP provides great service!

5 stars for the amazing hospitality! Great hotel, but the standout was the reception team. Jubjang at the front desk was so kind, efficient, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. Excellent customer service makes all the difference, and she nailed it. Thank you, Jubjang!
A very enjoyable stay
Just arrived at the hotel and already feeling so welcomed! Anna and Ponn greeted us with such warmth and friendliness, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
Their hospitality really stands out — they were attentive, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable right from the start. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.
First impressions are amazing, and I’m already looking forward to the rest of my stay. Big thanks to Anna and Ponn for such a great welcome!

Friendly staff and reasonable price
Overall the room is quite clean and looks very new. Staff are super friendly and helpful especially Ponn & Anna. They explained the facilities of the hotel in detailed. Thumbs up for the service!
Worst
I had already booked accommodation. As the trip approached, since it was a family vacation. I politely emailed the property to ask if it would be possible to assign us a room where the glass walls of the bedroom and the bathroom/shower do not face each other, as that would be uncomfortable for us. Because we are a grown daughter and father traveling together!
They initially responded kindly, saying they would try to accommodate the request. However, without any notice, they went ahead and canceled my reservation behind the scenes.
I was quite shocked by this. Fortunately, Trip.com assisted me in making a reservation again to same hotel,same room. However, the same type of room was relisted at a higher price, and I had to rebook it with an additional cost of about 360,000 KRW (77,00THB). The situation was frustrating.
In the end, my original request was not fulfilled either. Please be cautious—what they say upfront and what they actually do may be completely different.
Also, in the room, only one out of the three of us could use the Wi-Fi on our phones, and they were unable to resolve the issue. Also, the noise from the street came straight into the room, so I couldn’t sleep comfortably every night.
A 4-star rating? That’s an overstatement.
