Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is also convenient, and many aspects of the hotel met our expectations.
However, there is one major issue that needs immediate attention: a very strong sewage smell. During our entire five-day stay, the smell was consistently noticeable whenever we entered the hotel. We would leave and return, and the same odor was still present.
To be clear, the issue was not in our room. The strong sewage smell was mainly noticeable in the lobby area and in the public restrooms. On our last day, the odor in the public bathrooms was particularly strong and unpleasant.
Unfortunately, this issue affected our overall experience and is something the hotel should address as a priority. If it is resolved, the hotel would be much more enjoyable and deserving of a higher rating.
Awful experience, the chair and toilet seat is unclean. No floor towel. Came back 1hr late, at 1pm to check out and they want to charge 2000 baht!!!! This is the first time in two years in Thailand!! I'm definitely not coming back!
We had really enjoined our stay in the hotel. Organized and clean rooms, perfect view, Close to the main malls . Professional stuff, good service , especially the reception staff ( Garfield , aniruj)

Went with my partner, and we enjoyed the accommodation so much! The room we got was so spacious and comfortable, and it had an amazing view of Lumphini Park!
The breakfast was immaculate too! Mixing both local thai flavours with intercontinental dishes- we were all set to explore bangkok immediately after our meal.
Also, speaking of exploring, the accommodation is so near the MRT, and is within a few stops away from key attractions such as Yao Warat and the old town. Also, airport is 30mins away!
Prime location and so underrated, will be booking my stay there again in the end of August.
