Intercontinental Ras Al Khaimah Resort And Spa

Our staying in The hotel was very comfortable from everything the location and atmosphere the size of the room the quality the facilities the finishing everything was perfect especially the breakfast was very delicious and the staff very cooperative and supportive I had an emergency health case the staff take care about me like a family member they called the ambulance and kept calling my family until I retuned to the hotel special thanks to the Guests relation manager and all the staff for their support I will not forget that and I am really appreciate and will come again for sure

To me, Ras Al Khaimah beaches are some of the best in the UAE. Therefore, a getaway in Ras Al Khaimah during summer is a great decision if I wanted privacy and being away from everyday busy life.

This resort has what it takes to make my decision wise and worth every penny. From the outside, it looks like a simple classic building, but those who enter the premises see the hidden gem behind it.

The resort is enclosed to contain more than one pool with many places to walk around and enjoy the beautiful landscape packed with plants and water all around.

I was blessed to have a beautiful villa with massive balcony overlooking the gulf (one of the most breathtaking things about this unit). It resembles a one bedroom apartment (extra large) with pantry and guest bathroom.

The main (master) toilet is well-designed and has a big bathtub beside the shower area. Smart AC, curtains, and light control are spread throughout the unit for more comfortable way of living.

As a facility, the resort is loaded with many attractions that suits all. From swimming pools, white-sand beach, health club with jacuzzi to the kids play area which is not only designed to keep them busy, but also to grant them learning and discovery which is so thoughtful for the little ones.

Another smart thing being offered by the resort, is giving the guests the freedom to choose the style for their meals. Whether take a buffet loaded with many delicious cuisines or choosing to have fine dining with live performance in some of these restaurants (I have reviews the two restaurants I visited separately).

Mobility is managed by golf carts that are spread through the resort and being operated by kind and supportive staff (thanks to Mr. Ahmad who was always around offering me help and making me feel welcomed whenever he sees me)

Talking about staff, all the crew members work together as a family, having the same high standards and elite service level. Everyone is smiling and spreading happiness across the whole resort. And I would love to mention some of the staff who made a nice impact and gave me the best impression.

Starting with the reception, I was met with a welcoming coffee and dates while enjoying the lobby, Mr. Faraz was the one offering the snacks and dates. Then Ms. Sheila from the reception took the mission to choose the best unit (villa) available.

At the breakfast buffet, I experienced the same warm welcome starting with Ms. Mycah, then had a special coffee made by the dedicated Barista (Mr. Akendra).while we were having the meal, Mr. Avi passed by to make sure everything is taken care of and Ms. Sami (waitress) sealed it with saying "you are with your family here" to show the great hospitality level this property possessed.

It was the first time, but not the last, and I can't wait to be back there...
