I recently had a wonderful experience at **Rixos Al Marid , and I would like to sincerely appreciate the entire team for their outstanding hospitality, excellent service, and welcoming attitude. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The professionalism and genuine care shown by the staff made my stay truly memorable.
A special thank you goes to Abhishek Shaw and Kumar Bitty for their exceptional service and friendly approach. They were always attentive, polite, and ready to assist whenever needed. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. It is people like them who make a hotel stay feel much more personal and enjoyable.
I would also like to give special recognition to Manager Abin, who demonstrated excellent leadership and professionalism throughout my stay. A great manager can make a huge difference to the overall guest experience, and Abin certainly does that. His calm, helpful, and approachable nature reflects the high standards of the hotel. He clearly takes pride in his team and in making sure guests are satisfied.
What impressed me most was the teamwork. Everyone appeared to work together with the same goal β to make guests feel welcome and valued. The service was efficient without losing the warmth and friendliness that makes hospitality special. Whether it was a simple request or general assistance, the staff responded with patience and a genuine smile.
We arrived as a staycation with my daughter granddaughter and friends. Well this is one of the nicest places we have visited. The staff at the hotel couldnβt do enough for you above and beyond especially Abhishbk in the main restaurant he made sure we wanted for nothing I would go to say he is the most helpful person we have met on all of our holidays. The rooms are absolutely stunning situated on the beach with stunning views. Overall the hotel is definitely 5star along with the staff.
