The beach was amazing beautiful waves, excellent cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere.
The resort’s greenery is stunning everywhere you look, you feel like you’ve stepped into a small piece of the Maldives. The landscaping truly elevates the entire experience.

As hotel hoppers, we regularly stay at different hotels and resorts, not only around the UAE but also in other countries. We are also in Fujairah almost every month, trying different hotels and experiencing different standards of hospitality. Because of this, we have quite a lot of experience comparing service, guest treatment, and overall hotel experiences. This is not our first stay at Radisson Blu, and we have always had good experiences here. I would especially like to recognize Ragab, who has consistently been very helpful and accommodating, particularly during check-in. His assistance has always been appreciated. I would also like to thank Christeena, who assisted me with my reservation. She was incredibly patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. Her patience and willingness to help made the booking process very smooth. Unfortunately, our recent breakfast experience on August 29 at around 9:15 AM was disappointing. When we arrived at the breakfast buffet, the F&B staff politely asked for our room number and informed us that there were no available tables and asked us to wait. We completely understood, especially because the hotel was very busy and there was a long queue. The problem was that several guests who arrived after us were seated before us, while we continued waiting. We watched multiple groups being assisted and accommodated ahead of us, even though we had already been waiting. I completely understand how challenging it is to manage a busy breakfast buffet. I also work in the hotel industry and understand the pressure that comes with handling a large number of guests during peak hours. However, as a guest, I believe everyone should be treated fairly and given the same level of attention, regardless of nationality or background. After seeing several groups being accommodated before us, I honestly started to feel that we were not receiving the same priority. I sincerely hope this was not intentional or related to nationality, but as an Asian guest, that was unfortunately how the situation made me feel, particularly as many of the guests being accommodated around us appeared to be Russian. Eventually, my arabic approached the staff and raised the concern, explaining that several groups had already been seated while we were still waiting, despite there being only two of us and despite having paid for breakfast. Thankfully, Melanie completely changed our experience. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely caring. She immediately made us feel welcomed and valued. Her service did not feel forced or simply procedural — she genuinely understood what we needed and made sure we were taken care of. “Kabayan helping kabayan.” ❤️ Meeting Melanie was truly a highlight of our stay. She turned what had started as a frustrating morning into a much more positive experience. Melanie deserves a sincere commendation and recognition from management. Employees like her are exactly what guests remember. Her professionalism, warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality are a great asset to the hotel. As frequent hotel hoppers who visit Fujairah almost every month, we know that a beautiful property is only part of the experience. How guests are treated is what makes us decide whether we will return. I hope management will take our feedback constructively and review the breakfast seating process, particularly during busy periods, to ensure that all guests are accommodated fairly and consistently. Despite the disappointing start to our breakfast, Melanie made sure we ended the experience feeling cared for. Thank you, Melanie. ❤️ You truly made my day, and you deserve to be recognized. And to Radisson Blu — please continue to recognize employees like Ragab, Christeena, and especially Melanie, because genuine hospitality is what keeps hotel hoppers coming back. We're planning to go back at the end of the month. I hope Christeena can help me again with the reservation process.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Resort Fujairah, and the experience was truly memorable.
A very special thank you to Rounie from the Reception team, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to assist me and selected a beautiful room with a wonderful view. Her warm smile and genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcomed and valued.
The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the peaceful sound of the waves and the beautiful natural surroundings was an incredible experience. The quiet atmosphere, relaxing views, and sound of the sea made my mornings feel peaceful and refreshing. It was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway I was looking for.
I would also like to thank Benjamin from the breakfast buffet, who was very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout breakfast.
A special appreciation to Shola, the Housekeeping Supervisor, and his entire team. They were extremely helpful and kept my room exceptionally neat, clean, and comfortable throughout my stay. Their attention to detail truly made a difference.
