Our trip was so magic thanks to the views and the wonderful staff! Particularly Hakim who made sure our room was always perfect! He never missed a detail
Hussain looked after us exceptionally well our room was always well serviced. He was also very friendly and we could find no fault.
We stayed at Jumeirah Muscat Bay for a week and it was, in one word, amazing. We arrived at 7 in the morning and, to our surprise, our room was already ready for us. On top of that, we received a complimentary upgrade and a late check-out. We couldn't wish for a better start to a holiday.
What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Honestly, this is the best service we have ever experienced anywhere. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful and respectful, without it ever feeling forced. We had a lovely chat with Apu, and we would especially like to thank the guys from the aqua team – they made our days by the water extra enjoyable.
The resort itself is beautifully located between the mountains and the sea, with a calm, luxurious atmosphere where you can completely unwind. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover Oman from a truly top-class resort.
