We had luck with calm sea during the speedboat transfer, enjoying spectacular views. The check-in was very fast (thanks to Saya!), our water villa had fantastic sea view and comfort. Our suitcases were delivered very fast, and we started to enjoy the happiness to be here. The food was delicious. Some places of this small wonderful island look like untouched nature with irresistible magnificence of blue water, white sand, and palms... If you see the flying foxes here, please send them warmest greetings from us!
This is a dreamlike resort, honest to goodness, beautiful!!! We were there shoulder monsoon, had a little rain, the trip out to the resort, in not nice weather, by speedboat, was not great... the negatives stop there!!! We were lucky to have an over water villa, which was incredible, absolutely beautiful!!! Jumped out of bed each morning to look at the lagoon and associated scenery. The water was warm, plenty of realise... breakfast and other meals a 2 minute walk away... food was great, buffet style, service was brilliant, calm, polite, helpful. You can walk around the resort in 10 minutes. You can have a quiet drink/moment at the Iru bar with its chatty, wonderful sri lankan bartender or head off to the busier seawater pool bar. Lots of excursions available, which we were too lazy to partake in this visit, or return to snorkel/swim off your villa deck. We will be back...
Service is great, they're so kind and effective. The local people who work here are friendly! Nice atmosphere . Enjoyable time. They have great offers for booking as well!
Our stay at Cinnamon Velifushi Maldives was nothing short of magical. The island is breathtaking, the overwater villas are stunning, and the turquoise ocean views are straight out of a postcard. But what truly made our holiday unforgettable was the incredible culinary team and the warm hospitality we experienced every single day. Every meal was an absolute masterpiece. I have to give special thanks to Chef Raaji and Chef Lasitha and all team, whose talent and passion for cooking left me speechless. Each dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with love. And I cannot forget Shameem, the most attentive and friendly waiter I have ever met. He greeted us with a warm smile every day, remembered our preferences, and made sure we were always comfortable. His professionalism and genuine kindness made us feel like royalty. Thank you to the entire team at Cinnamon Velifushi Maldives for making our stay so memorable. I will definitely be coming back – and I highly recommend this resort to anyone who appreciates outstanding food and heartwarming hospitality!
It’s first time coming here, and it’s absolutely worth every penny! Highly recommended. If you’re visiting, definitely try one of the excursions—especially the sandbank. The island is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and incredibly clean.
The staff were a solid 10/10! Nethmi was absolutely amazing, but honestly, I loved every single one of them. Such a wonderful experience! ❤️
