The worst vacation of my life. When I checked out of the hotel, I found a cockroach in my room (see photo attached) and then outside the resort outside the room.

The shower was visibly damaged, the shower hose was leaking, so it was almost impossible to take a normal shower. I contacted the reception, where they told me that their technician would come to fix it within an hour, but that didn't happen. The next day I contacted the cleaning lady, who also confirmed that a technician would come, but nothing happened again. I'm sorry, but I don't need to deal with this my entire vacation, when the hotel promised me a fix twice and it didn't happen. It was almost impossible to flush the toilet, so we had to fix it ourselves again, because we probably wouldn't get a fix from the hotel. Because the shower was in such a state, our bathroom was constantly overheated. Nobody did anything about it again. There was only air conditioning in one room, so it was really unbreathable in the other room.

We had purchased a hotel with ultra all inclusive service, which was far from being adhered to, as can be seen in the attached photo, so between lunch and dinner only a few sweet desserts were served, which really does not correspond to the purchased services. The bar had a choice of only five bottles of alcohol, which again does not correspond to the services offered. Upon arrival at the hotel, one expects at least some late dinner after a long journey, I asked the delegate and then the hotel about refreshments upon arrival and nothing. As for departure, in other hotels we always received packages with food for the trip, in this hotel again nothing, such services really do not correspond to ultra all inclusive.

The hotel discharges food leftovers into the sea in front of its clients, when an oil slick forms there and one is supposed to swim in this sea?

I wouldn’t advise you to go here if you are British with children, the food is absolutely awful and I’m in no way fussy! They didn’t seem to cater for British tourists, but that may be because we were the only brits there for over half of the holiday, all the music was Turkish or Russian, you expect to hear Turkish music when in Turkey which is absolutely fine because you’re there to enjoy Turkish culture but the fact that they were playing mostly Russian music annoyed me because they weren’t playing any songs in English so we couldn’t enjoy it. There was absolutely no entertainment apart from our very last day they had a pink party which my children did enjoy. They have a gym advertised but there is no gym. The water park is great, but like I said no entertainment so if you have children there is absolutely nothing for them to do after it’s closed. We spent most evenings bored in the room. Our door wouldn’t lock and the reception staff didn’t care, they said it’s fine we don’t need to lock it. There are cats and kittens everywhere which is expected in Turkey but there was one cat with an open wound which had maggots inside, he was jumping up on chairs in the restaurant which completely put me off eating not that I needed much putting off. On the plus side the hotel and place itself is beautiful. I don’t normally write bad reviews but most of the holiday was pretty boring and miserable
