Amazing stay at this hotel. Location is perfect and on the marina. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast even for vegetarians are amazing. Nice cot and baby chairs available on request.
We had a small problem as our flight arrival was messed up and change of days etc - however the manager was amazing and helped to accommodate us. He was extremely nice and came to see a few times at breakfast and was extremely nice. Very rare to see this touch.
Checkin and checkout was easy. Throughout people were helpful when we needed things.
Big big thank you - would recommend.
We had such a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – they were always cheerful, genuinely helpful, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a team so consistently warm and attentive.
The absolute highlight, though, was the breakfast. Every morning was a real treat – huge, with an incredible selection of options. From freshly baked goods and seasonal fruits to delicious local specialities I’d never tried before, it was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. It really set the tone for the day! Jalil at breakfast was such a wonderful, kind person.
Highly recommend this place if you're after a memorable and comfortable stay with top-notch hospitality.
We had a great stay in Adalya port hotel located in Antalya. Their Cay-tea café shop is really a great place and their drinks are really refreshing and foods are great too. The owner of the café are really nice and friendly and the place is amazingly beautiful and cozy.
Location is perfect, right on the edge of the old town without being right in the centre of it all. Only 1 minute walk down to the port itself. Friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing.
I stayed at this hotel for six to seven days. The staff were always friendly, polite, and helpful. I would especially like to mention the French lady from Lyon who works in the café belonging to the hotel. I often went there for a drink and had some pleasant conversations with her. She made my stay more enjoyable. I would also like to mention the Dutch manager, who speaks both German and French. She was very kind and professional.
One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its excellent location. Within just two minutes on foot, you reach the harbor, where there are plenty of restaurants. There is also a taxi stand nearby, making it easy to get to Antalya city center or go shopping.
Regarding breakfast, there is no buffet; instead, breakfast is served at the table. That is perfectly fine. However, the selection was almost exactly the same every day: a fried egg or an omelet, three or four slices of sausage, bread, a croissant, coffee, and orange juice. What I missed was something simple like butter or jam. I’m not trying to complain over small things, but a little more variety would have been nice.
Unfortunately, I was less satisfied with my room. The bed and mattress were comfortable, which is very important for me because of my back. However, the windows had obviously not been cleaned for a long time, and the wooden window frames were badly damaged and clearly in need of renovation. I even took photos, although I don’t intend to post them.
The bathroom was also disappointing. The toilet and shower had a very unpleasant smell, and the tiles looked yellowed and dirty. I even bought a lemon-scented cleaner myself to make the smell more bearable.
Another major disappointment was the housekeeping. During my entire stay of six to seven days, my room was never cleaned. The bed was never made, and neither the towels nor the bed linen were changed.
The room had a minibar, but when I arrived it only contained two bottles of water and one can of Fanta. It was never restocked during my stay. In addition, the front panel of the minibar was missing, so the interior light stayed visible all night and illuminated the room. I eventually had to turn the minibar around myself so the light would not bother me while sleeping.
Overall, the hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff, and a reasonable price. That is why it is especially disappointing that the rooms are not properly maintained. With regular housekeeping, better cleanliness, and some much-needed renovations, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
