This town hotel is very nicely situated a few minutes' walk from the town centre of Fira and offers its guests wonderful views to the Aegean Sea. The closest beach lies around 6 km from the hotel. Guests may rent a car or take the public transport to visit most historic sites of touristic interest on Santorini. This is a wonderful place to relax after a long day exploring the island.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Great location - nice to be in a quieter area away from the busy streets but only a short walk to Fira and bus station to travel around the island. Hotel was so clean and well maintained. We stayed in maisonette room so was nice to have a bit more extra space than a traditional room. Loved that you couldn’t reserve sun beds as we could always get some when we wanted them with umbrellas for shade. All of the staff were exceptional - so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a late flight home but we were still able to enjoy the pool for the day and had access to a lovely room to shower and change. Check in and check out was nice and smooth - no issues. Pool bar and food was excellent - we ate there most days. Just a beautiful hotel with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Felt at home and relaxed as soon as we arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others - it’s a little gem. Thank you to all the staff at this amazing hotel
Room was great service in the hotel was excellent. Phoebe and Christina do an exceptional job of making guests feel welcome. All the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean with some amazing views from the sunset lounge. I went on a birthday trip and was spoilt with suprise birthday cake. I would reccommend this hotel. Fira is a perfect location to stay too.
This was our first time in Santorini and we had found The Majestic Hotel in Santorini through different credit card travel websites. The location of the hotel was great as it only took 10 to 15 minutes to walk to Fira where there is a lot of great restaurants, souvenir and wine shops, small markets and boutiques. The hotel staff is super friendly, helpful, respective, and knowledgeable. The hotel is well maintained and is very relaxing. We were greeted by Ms. Christina who manages the check in desk. We were offered drinks while she was completing our checkin process. Our room had a view of famous Caldera and was specious with a large balcony. The five days that we were in Santorini Ms. Christina provided lots of great recommendations of where to go, what to see, where to eat, and the most economical way to visit other areas such as Oia and Kamari beach. The complementary breakfast buffet has great selections; however, this hotel also has a menu which allows its guests to order complementary made to order breakfast.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests.
The hotel’s location was excellent, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting.
I was impressed by the attention to detail and the high level of customer service throughout my stay. Every detail is quality throughout. this hotel was lovely, very quiet and great comfy sun beds , breakfast was nice and organised with a good selection with extremely attentive staff Dora and Klessa! The pool was very big and deep with a great life guard Nicholas who always made sure everyone was happy, bringing hotel towels and pool floats!! Also extremely close to fira and the bus station for easy access to the whole island. This hotel also included a free gym, sauna, games room- if you need it the majestic has it!
