These newly built villas are a cluster of cave houses in the heart of the caldera. Built in the traditional dug-out manner and constructed along time-honoured lines, they consist of fine accommodation units that have been designed according to the strictest criteria to satisfy evening the most demanding of visitors. Situated in the best part of the village Oia, they enjoy the most spectacular view over the Aegean Sea. The hotel is within walking distance from the bus stop and from all shops and restaurants in the village. Most importantly the beach is just 30 metres away. The villas are elegantly decorated and consist of a bedroom and a separate living area, as well as a balcony enjoying views over the caldera. Guests can relax by the fresh-water outdoor swimming pool or order an in-room massage. For those that want a little adrenaline rush – the beach offers plenty of opportunities. You are kindly reminded that according to our hotel policy,children under 13 years old are not accepted to our hotel for safety reasons.

Best stay in Oia, Santorini!! Must stay here
La Perla Villa is really the most amazing place I have ever stayed at and I have traveled to many beautiful places all over internationally. The staff were amazing - super kind and accommodating. Very efficient and prompt. The location and views were just impeccable and picture perfect. Very clean, location is close to everything and just the perfect staff to welcome you! Must stay!!
Amazing experience at La Perla!
La Perla was amazing and so perfect! Exceptional staff! Attentive, friendly, and genuine! Christina and Sara took such good care of us, as well as the men who carried all the luggage. Perfect location and beautiful views. Clean and they think of everything you may need. I would love to come back to Santorini and if I do, I would definitely stay at La Perla!
Stunning and luxurious :)
This place did not disappoint… coming from a working class community in Dublin Ireland to the exotic and warm island… we arrived at la Perla villas in Santorini and we were stunned by its vibrant and beautiful architecture surroundings and lights… the staff Christina in particular couldn’t be happier to suggest and plan the logistics of of trips and activities…. The breakfast was delivered to our door every morning by a bubble and polite staff member… the luxury and the cleanliness of this place is nicer than my own mothers home… we enjoyed chilling in our private area at night eating treats in the jacuzzi… and the beds were exceptionally comfortable while we slept together (if you know what I mean) this holiday was very important for both of us for personal reasons and the location and staff simply enhanced our trip and we loved it… Anto and Kiki :) xx

A dream Santorini stay with private pool, jacuzzi, and exceptional hospitality
We had an incredible stay at La Perla Suites and would absolutely return!
We stayed in the Deluxe Suite, and it was everything we hoped for. It was beautifully designed, spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Having both a private jacuzzi and private pool made the experience even more special and gave us the perfect place to relax while enjoying the incredible Santorini views. The welcome drink was a lovely touch, and we were so surprised to find champagne, fresh fruit, and a handwritten birthday letter for my husband waiting in our room. It made the start of our stay feel extra special.
The front desk and concierge team were exceptional. They were always friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us. They even managed to get us a same day reservation at Sunset Amoudi, which ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip.
One of the highlights was having breakfast served to our room each morning. Everything was fresh and delicious, and enjoying breakfast on our private terrace made for such a relaxing start to each day.
The location is perfect, just steps from everything in Oia while still feeling peaceful and private. Having a supermarket right at the top of the path was also incredibly convenient for grabbing water, snacks, or anything else we needed.
La Perla Suites exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the beautiful accommodations, private pool and jacuzzi, thoughtful touches, outstanding service, and unbeatable location, it was the perfect place to experience Santorini.
