Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We spent 2 unforgettable nights at Katikies Santorini and it was the perfect romantic getaway. The room was stunning, and the pool was even better — exactly the kind of setting you dream about when you picture Santorini.
Breakfast each morning was excellent, a great way to start the day before exploring the island. The location is perfect — right in the heart of everything Santorini is known for, with those iconic views.
The staff went above and beyond at every turn. The concierge arranged drivers and restaurant reservations for us seamlessly, making the whole stay completely stress-free. It's the kind of thoughtful, attentive service that makes a trip truly special.
Katikies Santorini is a romantic spot through and through, and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay on the island.
We stayed at Katikies Pelagos House for 10 days, from 24 August to 3 September 2026 to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary.
Our stay was simply the best. We rate Katikies Pelagos House extremely highly.
Every aspect of the service that Katikies Pelagos House delivers is excellent.
The team are outstanding. Front of house, concierge, restaurant, sommelier team, housekeeping, pool services, spa, and porters, are all fantastic and deliver an outstanding service.
The manager and team are highly visible and very experienced in delivering hospitality at the highest levels.
The property is extremely well located in Oia, and the views and position over the caldera are breathtaking.
Nothing was too much for the team running Katikies Pelagos House, and our stay was very memorable.
Botrini’s at Pelagos House is outstanding and the 11-course tasting menu is among the very best we have ever experienced. The team at Botrini’s is world class. Combined with such stunning views, it is an experience not to be missed.
Whilst staying at Pelagos House we also visited Katikies Garden and Selene restaurant. This is also an experience not to be missed and we thank the team and manager at Katikies Garden for making our visit memorable as a part of our 20th Wedding Anniversary.
We have no hesitation in recommending Katikies Santorini and will be returning as soon as we can.

Our Stay at Pelagos House in Santorini was amazing! The staff, property, rooms, and especially the location of the resort were amazing. All the staff was very attentive and caring, and the resort was located in a perfect location in Oia, right on the main walking street in downtown Oia. Our room, the Terrace Suite was great with a big pool, large relaxing area and great views of the Mediterranean. Resort was clean, with white and blue undertones, and a great atmosphere.
A truly 5 star resort from every aspect. From the check in/out, hotel staff, room, food everything is high class. One of the best resorts we have stayed in ever. Then adding on the views….jaw dropping.
