This 4 star hotel is located in the city centre of Santorini and was established in 1954.The Hotel has a restaurant, a bar, a conference room, a coffee shop and an outdoor swimming pool. All 25 rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer and air conditioning. The hotel's stunning location is ideally complemented with dazzling panoramic, uninterrupted views over the island, the Aegean Sea and, of course, the volcano and its famous caldera.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Absolutely love this hotel, unfortunately we had to return home before we should have due to unforseen circumstances. It was my 2nd time there, the staff are wonderful..also shout out to the lovely Sophia, she was so kind and helpful. We stayed in room 320 at the beginning of May. I will definitely return, hopefully soon. Tracey
Arrived after midnight due to delays no food or drink available, requested a cup of tea as staff were having hot drink but was informed for staff only not guests. Charged local tax for dsy even though arrived after midnight. Accommodation was a bungalow where spent several nights chasing cockroaches, photo evidence, room and towels cleaned, changed 1 time only during stay. Rave, beach party on adjoining property went on until 3.00am or therabouts on Friday & Saturdsy night followed by crack of dawn call to prayers a plus for anyone who enjoys sleep depravation. No effect on cockroached though to be fair. All inclusive alcoholic drinks were dire, even when paid for specific brands, contained little alcohol. Suggest the Smugglers bar over the road for a drink although not cheap, as an alternative. Food and beach ok no chance of a sunbed, very little else to amuse kids as most of machines in games room were not working. Early flight back request for packed lunch was a no. Apologies but based on our visit a return is a definite no
Hotel is well situated for the town of Kos, only a short bus ride.
Hotel is dated and in need of updating, definitely not 4 Star maybe 3 Star.
Have been on many all inclusive holiday before and when we arrived, we were told that the beach sunbeds would be €15 per day, the beach bar was not part of the All Inclusive plan, basic alcohol was included but was obviously the cheapest and weakest they could get as had no taste, the only coffee that was included at bars was machine coffee, if you wanted a filtered coffee or iced coffee you had to pay (temperature was mid to high 30's during our stay, food was mediocre (same selection most nights).
They state that sunbeds round pool cannot be reserved but unless you got up really early they were all reserved by 0830.
We booked through EasyJet so if the hotel are selling it as All Inclusive, they need to state what is included, as if we had know we would not have chosen this hotel.
It’s definitely not all inclusive. The all inclusive drinks ie local beer, wine, and not so nice cocktails, I accepted, not s problem…….. but when I ordered a gin & tonic, after the given time, that’s what I expected..:…..No they used soda ( not a every nice one at that) ….. this happens quite a lot, but at other hotels, when I’ve pointed it out, they have always put it right. Not at the Atlantis, the 1st bar staff stood firm, & tried to convince me it was tonic! ….. I simply couldn’t believe it…..In came the 2nd bar staff, Who did agree with me, but also informed me that if I wanted tonic I would have to pay !!!……
Lovely place beach and hotel i would say good value my only gripe would be the rooms need a update they were very clean the male bar staff need customer service training and how to make cocktails some of them seemed very angry for some reason and would splash the drinks infront of me without care
