Rodos Palladium

Definitely not a 5 star hotel noisy at night had to change room. Also bed light hanging of the wall and wires exposed ( no apology given) Staff are rude and take your food and drinks away before you have finished your meal then ask you to pay for it lol 😂 Management appear to be a waste of space very intimidating standing watching the staff in the restaurant none of them appear to have any customers care skills … beds and pillows hard ended up with neck and shoulder pain… drinks/ food at pool bar very expensive & not worth it only good thing is a nice view a lot of money to pay for a nice view wont be back Entertainment on 3 nights a week and totally diabolical ☹️☹️can’t wait to go home tomorrow ☹️

The location is great! The atmosphere is very friendly! The rooms were very good, but perhaps they need a slight renovation.Value - 9/10 .Great cleanliness hotel. Noise level from two of our room are bad ( park view) , from third room are good.Service - great.Amenities - very good.

My wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary this year and we chose to spend five days at the Rodus Palladium Hotel in Faliraki, Rhodes. From the very first moment, the hotel's guest relations team—and especially Ms. Stephanie—did everything to make our stay pleasant and assist with all my requests, including arranging numerous surprises in the room for my wife upon our arrival at the suite we had been upgraded to (Yes! great surprise). Everything throughout the week was simply wonderful: the food, the pools, the entertainment, and the service and availability whenever needed. I must note that, at our stage in life and after staying at quite a few hotels around the world, this is hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had and I definitely highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Once again, kudos to Stephanie and the entire wonderful team. I wish you all the best for the future.
