We had the most amazing week here. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I didn't want to leave. I was amazed again as I always am of the hospitality of the wonderful Greek people. The front desk staff answered every question I had, the staff in the shop were always very happy and helpful and the kitchen staff worked so very hard and gave us good food every day. Definitely want to return. The rooms are clean and tidy, could smell the cleanliness after a long day returning to the hotel. Everything was great. It is in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet but nit far from the busy places if you want to experience those. Thank you so much Hotel Cathrin. I very much hope to return in the future. What a wonderful week I will cherish always. The staff at the hotel speak several languages and cater to your needs. Massive Thank You xxx

We spend 7 days there in a superior sea view . Loved the view from the balcony , the pool ,the garden. The stuff was very kind .A big thanks to Georgia and all her colleagues .Our flight back was late and we could keep our room longer. The location was very good for us ,the beach was at walking distance and the city Rhodos reachable by bus. We highly appreciate the cleanliness of the entire resort.

I stayed 10 nights at this hotel, when I booked my stays at this hotel, I thought I was going to have a 4-star hotel experience, but they don’t provide 4-star hotel experience. I will mention positive and negative points.

Positive points: The people who work at the reception are friendly and helpful. The location is good, it's close to the centre of Faliraki and close to beautiful beaches. The pool is good, there is a mini market near the reception that was essential for us to buy essential things that the hotel did not provide such as: a coke and good water quality.

Negative points: The hotel rooms: are not standardised, there are some that have undergone a renovation but in the vast majority of the rooms are old, they offer a blue blanket that is NOT WASHED when changing guests, the quality of the bed linen is bad, there is no high support for the shower.

The food: Get ready to eat repeated food, the drinks are of TERRIBLE quality. They don't provide bottled water, only refill, alcoholic beverages are of terrible quality too, the only one that saves is the local beer they offer.

Snack bar: TERRIBLE, they serve the same stuff everyday. (Fries, chicken nuggets/fish nuggets, cakes, biscuits).

Room cleaning: The cleaners who clean the rooms are invasive, they already knock on the door entering without authorisation, the cleaning that is carried out in the rooms during the day is very superficial and of terrible quality, there is no standard for cleaning the bathroom box and making the bed.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR LONG STAY FOR THE PRICE THAT THEY ARE CHARGING.
