This elegant hotel is superbly located around 20 metres from Psaropoula Beach. The city centre is reachable within walking distance, approximately 100 metres away. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the shopping and restaurant area, where guests will find a variety of entertainment places and several touristic sites and attractions. The marina is around 2 km from the hotel and the airport is 15 km away.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Very nice place, great food and very nice service
To be honest I don't know where to start this hotel is the worst hotel we've stayed in from start to finish it was appalling we arrived late but was greeted with a lovely friendly gentleman we was given our 2 separate rooms. We got to our rooms and was appalled with how dirty and yellow stained bedding and also the mattress the sheets were also a dirty grey colour not white the mattresswas to big for the base over hanging and practicalto the floor we took all my strength to get out of bed . We was woken by my mother in law extremely upset with her room it had flooded from the shower being blocked and also with the same issue with our bedding and mattress, they had asked if we had opened our patio doors to which we did to our horror was greeted with a view I really don't know how to decide other than bayroot and a building yard full of rubbish not what you expect and also not what the brochure shows.my father in law also had an electric current from the kettle to which caused it to break ,we decided to go to reception to ask to change our 2 rooms they said they hadn't got any available other than on the bottom floor with same view and a smaller room we offered to pay more money but they couldn't change us this was already ruining our holiday on first day ,we down for our evening meal and couldn't believe the quality of food was appalling it was cold no variety we noticed the staff when filling the trays were putting new food on top of the old food which had been standing receipe for food poisoning, the dessert were the same every night the breakfast was no better I kept having to ask for soya milk which should be a basic product there were not nuts or fruit other than bananas, if you wanted toast it took 15 mintues there was only one and extremely slow ,kept having to ask for clean cups, plates it was a shambles nobody seemed to know what they were doing other then talking to each other.we was all dreading the next day and we had booked 9 day's we all was extremely upset ,this spoilt our holiday full stop I can go on with more we had experienced but haven't got the strength but overall this hotel is definitely not 4 star I definitely wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend to any body also pool area was way to small for the guests unless you want to queue up every day or simply sit on a chair many thanks powell family
We had a good stay overall, and the location is definitely the standout feature. It’s fantastic, with lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The sea view is beautiful and the Mezzanine seating is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset. The hotel is also a great base for exploring Rhodes with the old town only 10 minutes walk away. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and always smiling, which really added to our experience. Our room was basic but cleaned every day.
Unfortunately, the sunbed situation around the pool is a real downside. There simply aren’t enough beds, resulting in people queuing before 9am to reserve them, which isn't ideal. The pool itself was also freezing, and the sun doesn’t reach the poolside beds until just before midday. This meant lots of people were sitting in the shade on their reserved sunbeds for hours, which wasn't the most inviting atmosphere. Thankfully, the beach is directly across the road and there were plenty of sunbeds available there, although these cost €10 each, per day.
Breakfast was average and could definitely be improved. There were also quite a lot of fruit flies around the food, which was off-putting.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the amazing location, stunning sea views and beautiful sunsets. It’s a fantastic base for exploring Rhodes, and the friendly staff were a real positive. If the hotel could improve the sunbed situation and breakfast experience, it would make a huge difference!
We have a wonderfull stay. We recommend it everyone, who wants a valuable hotel in Rhodes.
Stayed here 13/08 to - 18/8 with my Mum and Grandad.
Hotel is decorated lovely, rooms echo this too and are very spacious.
Air-con in my room did seem a little weak, when I queried this with reception they said that all rooms are a standard temperature, this can’t be the case as my Grandad described his room as ‘artic’ if the air-con was left on too long. It’s a shame this couldn’t have been looked in to further as my room was uncomfortably hot for the most part.
Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice, food by the pool is nice also.
Drinks are very reasonably priced, the cocktails are lovely.
Pool is a really good size and the atmosphere is great with Ibiza style music playing in the background. You do have to be waiting for a sun bed though. They were all gone by 9 each morning - the hotel will remove towels if beds are unattended.
The hotel has a fantastic supermarket and coffee shop attached to it, which were nice extras and did come in handy.
The staff are what really sets this hotel apart, they couldn’t do enough for you and were very friendly, I suffered quite a bad allergic reaction during my stay (not the hotels fault) and had to be taken to hospital, they arranged everything, ambulance and all.
The location of the hotel is again fantastic, the sea is across the street and you’re only about a 15 minute walk from the old town.
All in all I would 100% stay here again.
