Apparently, 5 stars now means five different ways to disappoint you.
A 3,5 stars hotel at best , very basic hostel room amenities and not at all luxurious as described.
From beginning to end; all staff were tentative, friendly and welcoming. Franka provided the tour of the facilities and explained what was on offer and made helpful suggestions to enhance my spa treatments experience. All areas I used and saw were clean and tidy. My husband doesn’t enjoy spa treatments, but if your does there’s twin treatment rooms and couple packages that sounded amazing. Before my treatment I took advantage of the sauna and the biggest steam room I’ve ever been in! I had an amazing full body Cretan massage on my second day of our 10 night stay, which allowed me to fully relax and melt away all the stiffness and tension for the rest of the holiday. The day before leaving, I also had an Ice Queen facial with a gifted Aleo Vera Wrap by Maria, prefect end to a lovely break away. Worth a look and booking a treatment if you enjoy spa days and treatments back home.
All the attention was good! every person who attended us in different areas was great! Luisa is the best person for massages!
From the moment they picked us up, everything was top-notch and the staff was incredibly polite. They greeted us warmly and gave us a bottle of wine and a welcome fruit basket. The food at the hotel is delicious and varied. It has a private beach and is very well-maintained! The service at the pool was also amazing!
We stayed for 10 nights in one of the suites with private pool (sea view). The room was great and the pool was also a great feature to have. The staff and service was really good throughout and we felt as if there was nothing that was too much to ask.
Our evening cleaner was really kind and came every night to give our daughters chocolates.
Couldn’t be happier with the service provided.
Only negative was the pool beds being snapped up quickly in the mornings, but I think this is a problem at every hotel.
