Overpriced, Mediocre, and Completely Ignored Our Honeymoon
The only good things I can say about this hotel are that the housekeeping is excellent and the beach is beautiful—though the beach is, of course, nature's achievement and not the hotel's. This stay was supposed to be for our honeymoon as well as my birthday. The hotel’s website explicitly states that they provide special treatment and room upgrades for honeymoons. Joke's on me; they completely ignored it, even though I mentioned both occasions when making the reservation and again upon arrival. They ignored my birthday entirely—not even a cake was provided, despite seeing other guests greeted with one. To make matters worse, we weren't even helped with our suitcases, and the staff, in general, was not very helpful. I would definitely not give this hotel 5 stars, and I certainly wouldn't pay this much again for such a mediocre stay. Overall, I am deeply disappointed.
Fantastic hotel with perfect beach service
Beach bar Jasn with the guys as Albian, Konstantinos and others make the stay unforgetable. It is our second time here but we come again for surre. Thank you.r
Amazing Hotel
We had an amazing stay. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were always clean, and everything was well organised.
Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
They did a lovely surprise on my husband’s birthday. Without us even mentioning it, they brought a birthday cake with a candle to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture.
Thank you to the entire team. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel!
