Elinotel Apolamare

Beautifully designed hotel. Has a nice beach, much quieter than the public beaches around. The rocks are an issue going in but fine once you are bobbing in the mediterranean. Also you can wear crocs or watershoes and then it's completely fine. Buffet was good and plentiful. There could have been more typical Greek foods but probably not everyone would have liked it. I used the gym and it was good, but missed an elliptical. Another small issue that there are some small sets of stairs e.g. going into the hotel from the road with no ramp or elevator. If you come with a car it's street parking. Dimitra was a very nice receptionist. Our rooms were very quiet, I got great sleep.

Good side - this hotel is at the beach. Bad side, sea bed is full of rocks and pebbles. Water shoes are advisable. As for hotel itself: definitely not a five-star-hotel.

• all inclusive srvice ends at 11pm and low-quality beverages are served. Bad coffee, instant friut juice. However, if you pay, you’ll get better options.
• cold cut is not of great quality,
• there is not an omellete station only previously prepared sunny-side ups (good), scrambled eggs (inedible)

-under-staffed and probably undergoing money issues: cuttings can be seen everywhere

• room ceanliness is not iseal. Some rooms are humid and smell of dump and moisture

Hanioti is a small town packed with fast-food restaurants and stands selling low-quality replicas

• sun beds are free of charge. Beach is nice, sea is very clean

The hotel is marketed as a five-star establishment, but in reality, it doesn't deserve more than three stars. It looks good only in photos—specifically the view of the beach and the view of the fountains from the restaurant. The service is very poor, and the food served is terrible with hardly any variety. They are understaffed and fail to keep the food stations stocked or to provide glasses, drinks, and other essentials in a timely manner. Although they offer an "all-inclusive" package, there are only two food options; serving trays sit empty or are removed without being refilled during scheduled meal times. No one seems to care or oversee operations; the juice dispensers are often empty, and there are no glasses available for them. The hotel operates as if it is simply using up remaining stock before closing down. Terrible! Do not book here!
