We spent a full week here at the end of June as a family, and honestly, we came back home with glowing tans, zero complaints, and at least two extra kilograms of pure happiness (and all-inclusive carbs). Everything is genuinely gorgeous. The moment you walk in, it screams "you are on vacation, forget your mortgage." The pools are huge, sparkling, and surrounded by enough palm trees to make you feel like you’re in a tropical postcard. The grounds are kept so clean it almost made me feel guilty for dropping a single grain of sand from my flip-flops. Almost. Since we had the kids with us, the water slides were basically our second home. Let’s just be real: the slides are fun no matter how old you are. I may or may not have screamed louder than my eight-year-old on the big yellow slide, but hey, high-adrenaline experiences build family bonds! Finding sun loungers requires a tiny bit of morning strategy, but once you stake your claim under a umbrella, you’re set for a day of alternating between swimming and aggressive relaxation. Booked my tours with Sheriff Egypt, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Their prices are much lower compared to what hotel guides charge, offering incredible value. I highly recommend booking their private tours to Cairo and Luxor. The English-speaking guides were fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to understand. Plus, we traveled in a brand-new, ultra-comfortable minibus (2026 model), which made the long journeys extremely relaxing. Highly recommended! The food is dangerously good and available pretty much 24/7. If you ever feel hungry here, it’s honestly your own fault. From massive buffet spreads with endless options to the a la carte choices, our diet for the week consisted entirely of "just a little bit of everything." The bartenders deserve a medal for keeping up with the endless parade of tropical mocktails for the kids and refreshing drinks for the adults. Pro tip: pace yourself on the desserts, or you’ll roll out of the dining room like one of the pool inflatables. The staff here are absolute wizards. You can tell they run on pure positive energy and professional smiles, even when kids are running around high on sugar and pool water. Everything from check-in to housekeeping was smooth, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We didn't just have a good time—we had an I-don't-want-to-go-back-to-the-real-world kind of time. If you want a week of gorgeous views, non-stop family fun, and zero stress, SUNRISE Aqua Joy is 100% worth it. Just remember to pack looser pants for the trip home!

Everyday was fun to be there! Starting with the rooms they were clean and spacious, food was delis!! Location was also nice since you’re really not far from shops or restaurants. Service was good, staff were smiling every single day. The atmosphere there was nice because animation team did really good job keeping us entertained. It was the best hotel yet!!
