Amazing experience for 1st time in Morocco! We stayed here for 7 nights and it was incredible. Food was amazing every time we ate, breakfast; lunch and evening meal. The staff were so attentive to everything we needed and they were all polite. When we arrived from the UK we were greeted in reception with Moroccan tea which was gratefully received and was surprisingly refreshing! We did a few excursions through the hotel which were easily organised and were great fun! Highly recommend the day in Agadir trip and the croc park! The pool areas and sun loungers were great, lovely to sit and overlook the beach! Sofas were comfy and so were the sun loungers (they didn’t look like they were about to fall through like some other places). The pool are was very clean and kept tidy same around the hot tubs. There are of course the usual water classes (such as water Zumba) if you fancy something a little different to do. Great atmosphere throughout the hotel and I would highly recommend, plenty of space everywhere so you don’t feel cramped or overheating other peoples conversations. Great hotel, great people, great food, great holiday!
I really want to mention Chef Asem and thank him for his amazing dishes. The menu is diverse, for all tastes. Every dish we tasted was truly delicious, interesting and perfectly prepared. It is clear that Asem approaches cooking creatively and professionally and puts a lot of hard work and soul into it. Comparing the cuisine in this hotel with previous years, I want to note a completely new and significantly higher level of the menu. The food is incredibly tasty, diverse, designed for the most. picky guest. We look forward to returning to this hotel, especially to the restaurant, to enjoy delicious food again. A huge thank you to Chef Asem for his work and for making every meal a real pleasure!🤍🤍🤍
We would like to give a special thank you to Chef Asen! This year, the hotel's cuisine has changed incredibly — it's on a completely different level compared to last year. Everything we tasted was incredibly delicious, thoughtful, and perfectly prepared. You can see how much work, professionalism, and love Asen has put into the new kitchen. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm welcome at check-in to the excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were always clean and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
