Exceptional Family Resort with Outstanding Service
Our stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Resort exceeded all expectations. The resort is exceptionally well maintained, with immaculate rooms, beautiful facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a memorable experience.
The food quality and variety were excellent, offering something for every taste, while the pools, aquapark, and entertainment facilities were outstanding and perfectly suited for families. Cleanliness was impeccable across the entire resort, and every area was maintained to the highest standards.
What truly sets this resort apart is the exceptional level of hospitality. Every member of the team contributed to a seamless, relaxing, and enjoyable stay. The resort delivers excellent value for money and provides the perfect combination of comfort, leisure, and service.

We are still at the hotel now on day 10 of our 2 week holiday to Egypt.
We arrived round 10pm check in was smooth and we were offered something to eat at the late restaurant which was nice. Rooms were just want we needed.. we are a party of 2 adults and 2 kids ages 11 and 15yrs. Room were cleaned everyday so far and loads of bottles of water left in room for the fridge and re stocked daily. We met a lovely bar man by the pool (i will add his name when i find it out before we leave!) So friendly and works so hard. Yes we tipped him but he came back dozens of times to bring us drinks nothing was too much trouble. The restaurants were all clean and always found something to eat. Staff again work super hard cleaning and making sure the food is topped up. Watersides had no complains from my 2 boys all really good fun. Lifeguards do a great job and take no messing about which is for everyone's safety. We would recommend the hotel and would return.

Place is huge, lots fornthe kids to do! Waterparks and pools are excellent and thebgym facility is also very big with lots of machines to use.
