Great 3 night stay

We had a lovely time here at Bel Marina Hoi An Resort. The room was beautiful and the facilities were good. The staff was very helpful, especially Uyên was very attentive and thoughtful during our stay. We would highly recommend staying here.

Hoi An Stay

A bit disappointed that we weren’t advised that half of the hotel was under renovations, no access to the rooftop pool or bar. The room we booked was also unavailable and the room we were put into was not of comparison so ended up paying extra on arrival to ensure we had a balcony. HOWEVER the staff were absolutely amazing, they were so helpful and friendly especially with my children. The hotel was beautiful. And the food was great. We would absolutely return here if we ever came back. Was on the more expensive side as a family however that included a lot of things. Perfect location. Close to the hustle and bustle but far enough away that it was peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Facilities were spotless.

Amazing hotel, even with half of it closed

Absolutely love staying at this resort. (Our 2nd time).  The staff are so helpful, they go way out of their way to make your stay the best possible. The rooms are comfortable and kept clean and fresh daily by the lovely housemaids.  The pools are fabulous and the pool bar is great fun.  The resort is close proximity to all you need to make a great holiday, money exchange, laundry, tailor, markets, and restaurants.  It has it's own restaurant and the included breakfast has a huge range of food to suit all tastes.  The reception staff are always ready to help make your stay the best, give you advice, or help you resolve any problem you might encounter.  Hoping we can go back again next year for our 3rd visit.

Love staying at Bel Marina Resort

I booked an 11 night stay here, having visited Hoi An before and seduced by it's charm, but wanted somewhere with a better location.
I'd arranged an airport pick up from DaNang airport with the hotel and the driver was there waiting, with a comfortable hotel car complete with cold towels and cold bottles of water for the 45 minute journey.
Upon arrival we checked in and received a welcome drink with cookies before being shown to our room by the receptionist.
The room was a deluxe pool view and was a nice size with a huge king size bed, mini bar, safe, bathrobes, flip flops. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were provided in the shower, and two small bottles of water were provided daily. A small plate of welcome fruit was provided. There was a small balcony outside overlooking the pool area which is river front, so we had a partial river view too. There was a turn down service but we only experienced this once as we were usually getting changed when they came around to do the service.
Breakfast the first few days was very busy as they'd closed the breakfast area of the new premier wing, and it was a Korean public holiday so there were lots of Korean families at breakfast. We soon learned to ask for a table outside which was a little more relaxed and quiet. Although the second week we were there, breakfast was significantly quieter and less busy.
The breakfast selection was excellent, egg chefs provided omelettes , scrambled eggs, fried eggs, but also noodle soup and banh xeo. There were lovely fresh salads, kimchi, cooked meats, cheeses, breads, croissants, crispy bacon, sausage, baked beans, Asian selection of usually rice and noodles with stir fried meat and vegetables, dim sum. There were juices and a couple of coffee machines too. The breakfast staff were wonderful, quick and efficient to take plates away and clean tables, always with a smile. This is one thing I take away from the hotel, all of the staff, from the doormen to the receptionists to the pool guys to the cleaners were so friendly and helpful.
It was my partner's birthday during the stay and on the morning of her birthday, at breakfast the staff brought her a birthday muffin and sang Happy Birthday, which was a lovely touch.
Pool towels were provided at the pool and sometimes the pool guys would bring the towels out to us as we eyed up the sun loungers, of which there were plenty, along with four Bali beds. There was a pool bar where you could get drinks and food.
We tried the rooftop pool in the new premier wing a couple of times and loved the views, the breeze and how quiet it was there. Sadly this was closed for the last half of our stay.
The hotel offers a free hotel shuttle bus to An Bang beach, a 15 mini drive away and drop off at The Deck House there where you can use their sun loungers for free. Although you can actually use any of the beach restaurants sun loungers at An Bang for free if you eat and drink in the restaurant. Again you could use the pool towels from the hotel pool guys for this. We found the time of the first shuttle, 10am, a little late as we were usually awake early, so preferred to get a Grab taxi there.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the old town and night market so a wonderful location, but quietly tucked away. There were a couple of massage shops outside the hotel and a little mini mart.
Upon checking out, we were thanked for our stay by one of the hotel managers and presented with some Bel Marina mugs in a presentation box, which was a lovely gesture. 
Thanks to all at this hotel for a wonderful stay and I'd happily stay again when back in Hoi An.
