Date of stay: May 18-21, 2025

Strengths:
Aesthetics: Beautiful grounds, modern large villas, amazing palm fringed beach.
Sound: Noise was not an issue from outside or nearby villas.
Staff: Friendly and helpful. I have to call out two of the staff members who were exceptional: Ms May the villa liaison was proactively helpful throughout our stay. Ms Cato T Thu Thuong during breakfast at the Lemongrass restaurant was so thoughtful and helpful and made a lasting impression.
Upkeep: Hotel and gardens, very well maintained, always clean and well presented.
Restaurant: Breakfast was good.
Room: Stayed in the ocean access villa 228, and it was perfect, including the interior and the gardens.
Facilities: Good gym and outdoor heated swimming pool.
Location: It is a bit far to walk into the town center, but front desk were helpful with arranging taxis.

Opportunities for improvement:
1. The ‘ocean access’ villas have a nice back garden and path to the beach. However, you are not given a key to lock the back door, so one person, has to leave the house from the front to lock up and take the road route. Ideally there should be a means of locking the house from the back garden and directly access the beach. 
2. There were two related instances where staff did not meet expectations of courtesy. 1. The head of the pool staff, unprovoked, rudely challenged us on our first day, demanding to know if we were guests and our villa number. He was neither polite, nor professional. 2. I was returning from a run on the beach, and when I crossed back into the Premier Village property, a security guard ran towards me aggressively shouting and challenged me to prove I was a guest.  In both these occasions, the staff need training to treat paying guests with courtesy without rudeness or shouting. 

Additional Notes:
The hotel sells day passes to the pool, so when we stayed in mid May, a large proportion of people at the pool and on the sunbeds are not actually staying at the hotel.  

Summary: This is a beautiful property, lovely grounds, idyllic beach, and almost all staff were excellent, apart from several noted above who need better training. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

A few days in paradise

This trip by the three generations was a far greater experience than our expectations. I could feel the sincere hospitality from the passion of all the staff. The green natural space, the beautiful sea, and the sea trail were all wonderful. I think we were very lucky to have helped us with the weather. In particular, I would like to express my gratitude to Tina. Thank you so much for supporting and coordinating our requests in the most comfortable way. Her kindness and passion deeply touched the hearts of our family.

Good stay

Everything exceeded our expectations for a three-generation vacation. We truly felt the hospitality through the enthusiasm of the entire staff. The green spaces, beautiful sea, and sea walkways were all wonderful. We were also very lucky with the weather. A special thank you to Tina for her support and for arranging everything in the most comfortable way. Her kindness and enthusiasm really touched our family.

Nice trip

투숙하는도중에 후기를 남깁니다. Accor 공식 홈페이지를 통해서 예약했습니다. 230호는 매우 넓고, 정원이 아름답습니다. 바다와 수영장, 키즈클럽이 가까워서 아기를 동반한 가족들에게 너무 좋습니다. 2019년, 2023년, 2025년, 벌써 세번째 방문이네요. 직원들은 변함없이 친절하고, 관리가 잘 되고 있어서 시설도 좋습니다. 특히 메인풀과 풀바는 환상이에요!이번 방문에는 Sally가 제 전담 호스트이어서, 투숙전부터 메신저로 연락을 주었습니다. 그녀는 매우 친절하고, 전문적입니다. 또한 그녀의 애티튜드는 너무 훌륭합니다. 매일 메신저를 통해 부족한게 없는지, 도와줄게 없는지 물어봐주네요. 그녀의 추천덕에 호텔의 마사지를 이용했는데, 시설도 좋고 마사지사의 기술도 좋았습니다. 물론 가격도 호텔 마사지라는것을 생각하면 합리적이었습니다. 우리 가족은 내년에도 이곳을 방문할 예정입니다. 부디 내년에도 Sally가 우리의 호스트가 되었으면 합니다. 또한 우리가 매번 방문할때마다 Amy라는 매니저도 우리에게 너무 잘해줍니다. 그녀는 이번 투숙할때 저의 객실에 방문해서, 2년전 투숙할때 큰 수술을 받았던 저의 아기가 건강한지 기억하고 걱정해주었습니다. 정말 감동적이었으며, 너무 고마웠어요 Amy! 다낭에는 매년 수많은 호텔이 새로 생깁니다. 비싸고 좋은 브랜드, 하지만 저는 매년 이곳을 방문할것이고, 그럴만한 가치가 충분하다고 생각합니다.

I'm leaving a review during my stay. I made a reservation through Accor's official website. Room 230 is very spacious and has a beautiful garden. The ocean, swimming pool, and kids club are close, so it's great for families with babies. This is my third visit in 2019, 2023, and 2025. The staff is as kind as ever and well maintained, so the facilities are good. Especially the main pool and pool bar are fantastic! Sally is my dedicated host for this visit, so she contacted me through messenger even before our stay. She is very kind and professional. Also, her attitude is so good. She asks me every day via messenger if there is anything I can do for her and if there is anything I can help her with. Thanks to her recommendation, I used the hotel massage, and the facility was good and the massage was good. Of course, the price was reasonable considering the hotel massage. My family will visit here again next year. I hope Sally will be our host again next year. Also, the manager Amy is so nice to us every time we visit. She visited my room during this stay, and she remembered and worried about my baby, who had a major surgery two years ago. It was very touching, and thank you very much Amy! Da Nang has many new hotels every year. Expensive and good brands, but I will visit here every year, and I think it's well worth it.

We had a lovely villa with pool. Buggy service and breakfast staff was wonderful The rooms were clean and well presented, with beach access and views.  Lisa was amazing, helping with restaurants activities and drivers. Would highly recommend.  We will return.
