They were amazing and made our stay so comfortable. Kids enjoyed company .
Rooms were comfortable with great amenities . Location was central with Indian food available at restaurant.

Kids did Kickboxing every morning with Beat and Pang. They were so friendly, patient and accommodating. They also welcomed the kids at poolside activities making it a much more enjoyable experience for us. Great work, thanks boys!!!.....

I really loved the stay the kids party was amazing the staff tok, beat, four, bank, pang, few, ayv, arya were the best my kids loved it and we won ice cream حبيت الفندق الريوق معتاد مافي شي يديد او غريب بيض و بينز و بانكيك و اشياء اسيوية و الحلو انه جدا جدا لطيفين مع الاطفال و الحفله مالت الاطفال تينن حبوها عيالي وايد ساعه كامله ماهدوهم و عطوهم بسكوت و فرايز و عصاير

I like the place and the scenery… especially when Catherine upgraded my room to ocean view. She is very accommodating and approachable… great customer service . My room is super clean… bed and pillow is comfortable… definitely will comeback to phuket. They gave me a wonderful vacation

Superb customer service

Charming resort with a 3-tier pool with wonderful ocean view. The location is convenient to the beach and to nearby shops like the 7/11 that is just across the street. We also tried eating breakfast and lunch which had lots of variety and the foods  were good.
I would like to say thank you to Ms. Kath and Frankie for their exceptional service and definitely come back again to novotel phuket resort.
