Dear Hotel Manager, Andaman Beach Suites Hotel Phuket,

I recently stayed at your hotel from May 6 to May 9, 2025, and would like to share some feedback based on my experience—both positive and negative.

1. Reception Experience – May 7 (Second Day):
On the second day of my stay, I approached the reception desk and asked for directions using a map on my phone. There were three staff members present. Two of them were unable to assist and referred me to a third staff member, whom I presume was their senior. Unfortunately, she responded in a harsh tone, saying, "It's very far—30 minutes from here—you can only take a tuk-tuk." I later found that my destination was only a 15-minute walk from the hotel. I was disappointed by the inaccurate information and the unfriendly manner in which it was delivered.

2. Parking Area Incident – May 8 (Third Day):
After watching the sunset, I returned to the hotel and parked my motorcycle. A short bald man in a blue uniform approached me and questioned whether I was checking in. I told him it was already my third day staying at the hotel. Without further explanation, he took a photo of my motorcycle and walked away. When I entered the main lobby shortly afterward, the same staff member was waiting with a colleague. I asked if I could proceed to the lift, and they only nodded in response. The lack of proper communication and friendliness in this situation made me feel uncomfortable.

3. Breakfast Area – Level 3:
On a positive note, I would like to sincerely thank the male manager at the Level 3 breakfast area. He was attentive, professional, and always greeted guests with a smile. I truly appreciated that he remembered my name and made me feel welcome every morning. His warm and respectful approach stood out during my stay.

However, I noticed that the female manager in the same area seemed to selectively greet guests and often avoided interaction. I believe that all guests should be acknowledged equally and made to feel welcome, regardless of background or appearance.

Overall Impression:
While I appreciated the hotel’s facilities and location, the inconsistent service and lack of customer care from some staff affected my overall experience. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as I believe there is room for improvement—particularly in terms of staff training and guest interaction.

Subject: Feedback Regarding My Stay – May 6–9, 2025

Couldn't have asked for more. Food and cocktails were excellent. Breakfast had a good variety. Big shout out to bas he really went above and beyond. Sky lounge is a must for the sunset. Air conditioning in the room is loud but excellent. We had a deluxe sea view with a balcony, and I would highly recommend the upgrade. Staff were so pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. Not a lot of British guests, mainly Russians, but they kept themselves to themselves. Away from the hustle and bussle but close enough to walk there if you wanted to. Thank you for making our holiday special.

we are a couple from Singapore, we been staying at andaman beach suite for the past 22 years!!! 

the location is perfect, not too near the bars and pubs, just walking a 10 - 15mins walk to most restaurants or the  junk ceylon shopping mall. 

we been very happy to meet several of their long term staff at the front desk, Ka and Su. 

we are treated like a family and we are ver comfortable staying at andaman beach suites, it's like our 2nd home in phuket. 

looking forward to our next holiday in phuket.

Andaman Beach Suite, our 2nd Home in Phuket

Fab 5 night stay for our first visit to Phuket, the hotel is spotless, all staff super friendly and helpful, air conditioning amazing and the location was excellent - loved our sea view room with amazing views. The hotel is located in a quiet street but 5/10 minute walk to the beach via a gate by the pool and minutes away from bars and restaurants, a fab massage place literally next door and a launderette a few doors down where we had all our washing done before moving to Rawai - approx 15 minute walk to Bangla Road and the madness. The swimming pool is so relaxing and was always quiet so plenty of sun loungers, the infinity pool with swim up bar was an Oasis for us - the hotel is also a time share resort so a mix of regular guests and new ones. Breakfast was always good, a buffet with a good mix of fruit, cereals, egg station and some Thai dishes - lovely to sit around the pool and eat. Luxurious and peaceful sums it up. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Brilliant team. Brilliant manager. Brilliant service.  Amazing location 5 min from beach. Very quiet with a huge pool. Lovely and ultra comfortable rooms. World-class and flawless cleaning and room service. Excellent food at a great price point and only amazing things to say about my hotel experience there. It’s the second time I go for an extended period, during both high and low season. Each time it feels like home away from home. This is the best deal and the best experience you can possibly get in lovely Phuket. No one can compete with the overall experience you will get at this exceptional facility.

This high-rise hotel is surrounded by magnificent gardens and is beautifully situated overlooking Patong beach. Suites are located about 50 meters from the resort center. The hotel is a short walk from lively bars and restaurants, where guests can enjoy traditional Thai dishes and discover the local atmosphere. This family-friendly hotel offers a wide selection of Thai and international cuisine. Phuket town is located about 2.5 km away and Phuket's airport is about 45 km from the hotel.
