Pool

Amazing service from Ken and Kauw Fang. They were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room itself was very clean and tidy, as was the gym. The restaurant was also spectacular. If I were to return to Phuket I will certainly return here. 10/10

Andaman Review

Hotel -
Good clean and modern hotel. A short walk from the beach strip, tucked away in the hillside. 
Perfect for a quiet stay for adults. 

Restaurant-
Food at breakfast was very good, the perfect continental options, lovely clean and modern restaurant. 

Reception -
Our arrival was not good, reception staff were very rude, no one to welcome us. 
No bell boy to help with bags and the room was not ready upon our arrival. We were told to go back at 2pm and at 2pm our room was still not ready. The person who assisted us was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. We also saw other guest arrive and be given welcome drinks and hot towels, we were not given these. 

Room - 
Clean and modern, before arriving I contacted the hotel to request a big bed, we were given two singles put together. The view was awful, we were at the back of an old closed down hotel looking at there air ventilation systems. 

Bar - We met a lovely barman named Toy, he made us feel so welcome, he was the most friendly member of staff at the hotel. He introduced himself to us, he remembered our names and he advised us on places to go in patong. Toy was the nicest person we spoke with at the hotel, the hotel is very lucky to have him. 
Pong and Aisha were also very friendly. 

Overall a nice pleasant hotel, we just felt very unhappy with our arrival and room.

Hotel stay

Good hotel clean everything near at the beach restaurant and breakfast all good reception was active Geam and Erman is so active transfer is easy to find tour is all good very clean hotel everything is all good we weill come back for sure thank you Andaman

Hotel is very nice .

Bar manager is epic and just a good bloke made the difference between good and great time   toy is awesome and made my hoilday just a great  expirence made my experience thanx for amazing time cant wait to come back and enjoy some great company ask him about his bird 😀
