Returning for the 4th time to one of my favourite Phuket resorts, i was greeted by warm smiles and hospitality again by Pinky, Punch and Kopikoh. The welcome amenities delivered to my room never fail to impress me as it's different everytime that I am here.

Food at ADA (formerly ELEMENTS which is undergoing refurbishment now) is still spectacular as always, this time even better with a delightful and engaging Bovy whom I met during my first night's dinner and again on my last day's breakfast session. Elite ALL members like myself are in for a treat with freeflow Chandon during breakfast along with a curated tier of treats.

Thank you to everyone - ADA Team: Orn, Too, Miw, Nan, Ta, Nis, Khaw, Bovy, Jane, Sine, Ploy, Pupay, Aomsin, Chaden, Mink, Bank, Jaew, Pool, Reza, Name, Neang and Pong, Front Office: Pinky, Punch, Kopikoh (whom I met before from another Accor property) and Bow as well as Syn and the rest from the Concierge team!

There was a minor issue with my stay here for the upgraded room that I was assigned #3803, ocean views were half- blocked by the roof of the rooms in front of this unit and the rain shower could not work, despite getting the maintenance guys to fix it twice. Everytime they had fixed it and left and by the time (before bed or next morning) I wanted to use it, it was not usable again. Luckily the handheld showerhead water pressure is very good so I just lived with it.

Looking forward to a better room on my next trip back and for a longer stay as 2N was too short!

Where do I start?
What a fabulous place to relax & unwind. The staff were amazing from start to finish. The room was very comfortable with a huge comfortable bed. Pools were both very nice. The views are amazing, especially from C Bar. Italian restaurant was outstanding and the breakfast, well? Beat that!
As a Phuket resident of over 20 years, The Pullman Arcadia has nailed it!
Keep up the great work team, we’ll be back!

And the staff they are very kind 
And they have a good restaurant 
And also the bed it’s very comfortable nice hotel ever and nice view

Great hotel

I wish I could write more about this place but I’ll summarise with a few points 
- don’t hesitate - you have to upgrade to pool
Villa - it was outstanding in every facet -
Views , privacy , luxury , space , comfort , location next to beach and amenities 
- a charming layout that didn’t feel like a resort hotel 
- elements was closed which a shame but we knew before we arrived and as a result dining options were limited , only ADA and vero Italian 
- the beachside restaurants are plentiful , and good value , we loved Wiwan and Shameena - beautiful food 
- excellent gym - we did yoga twice - the yoga teacher was good 
- bar was gorgeous with nice atmosphere 
- staff are superb with service and always smiling - nothing was too much trouble - 
- breakfast was busy but fine - they made us feel Special - good selection of anything 
 you need to eat and drink 

- can’t think of many negatives , only that rainy season had started and it rained heavily the middle 2 days of our 4 days but it didn’t matter and we knew before we booked that rainy season was this time - to be in the pool villa even when it’s raining is a delightful experience
- another negative could be a positive - everything in terms of big shops and attractions are 20 minute to 1 hour drive so we avoided going anywhere - didn’t need to ! Once we went to bangtao and boat avenue - found a really nice spa called Amla 
- if you are a couple looking for peace and quiet you can’t go past this hotel , it even has a pool that doesn’t allow kids ,  but be warned the restaurants can be noisy with little kids so we avoided the peak times at breakfast and only dined at ADA once for dinner which was enough to make us go elsewhere the other nights 

Will we come back ? Hell yeah !
