Definitely a kids friendly hotel with a very positive vibe for children all around. Right from check in to rooms, restaurant, swimming pool and play area.

Stayed for 4 nights and the front office staff May, Mia and Marry were very helpful in providing me with a desired room- sea view. I was upgraded to a suite which was fantastic and elevated the stay.

Breakfast and lunch/ dinner taste and service is good. The canopy bar is okay and drinks can get better.

The only let down is the walk to the hotel lobby from rooms as there are lots of stairs plus during rains it’s more difficult. Further the elevator for one wing was not working. The other flip side is the hilly climb from kata road to hotel and back.

Overall a very nice hotel and recommended.

Kids heaven

We had a fantastic stay and were truly impressed by the warm, accommodating nature of the entire staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience throughout the resort.

Our kids were thoroughly entertained with all the activities available—ranging from the kids club and movie nights with popcorn to the indoor playground, pool and splash pad. Feeding the koi fish by the pond and relaxing with some TV time in bed were also big hits with them.

The food and drinks were excellent—every meal was enjoyable, and we couldn’t fault a thing. The buffet breakfast, in particular, was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options. The kids especially loved having pancakes each morning!

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Special shout-outs to May, Marry, Tub, Jame, Ammie, Katae, and Cherie at the swim-up pool bar—you all made a lasting impression.

We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to others!

Amazing stay

Excellent and friendly service! A big thanks to Mr. Kier from the time we checked in until we checked out. He always makes sure that  we are okay. Our room was so spacious, very clean with nice pool view and a  high floor.  Comfy bed plus a baby cot  for our son. They have a kids room where they can play. The food in the restaurant and for breakfast was incredible, tasty . The staff were so accommodating and helpful .  I highly recommend for all the traveler's .  We will stay here again next time ! ☺️

Happy family

We had a great time at Novotel except for the maintenance to the lift. Being in our seventies made it very difficult having to walk stairs all the time.  That aside the staff were excellent they made our stay excellent. I would like to thank Lai who  put up with us in the pool bar. Aon, Jane and Ing in the Canopy Tree bar. Apple, Din, Guitar in En Vogue Restaurant, the drivers who drove us back and forth to the town, the cleaners to our room and to the staff who had to keep mopping the water from the floors. All in all the wonderful Novotel staff made it such a pleasure to have stayed here.
