Very nice boutique hotel! Rooms, lobby, and restaurant very tastefully decorated! Food in restaurant was excellent tasting and very reasonably priced for portion size and quality! The cheesecake was awesome and so was the pizza - both a must try!

Stylish rooms!

The room is clean, 
The room’view is fantastic. 
About breakfast, was so ordinary and same everyday
Breakfast had just westasian food, Breads and cakes didn’n baked at Hotel.
The staffs was polite and so cute.
Honestly, This hotel didn’t have 5 star facilities as a lobby, big Gym room, Big restaurant, big pool.

Very dirty and unpleasant - feels like 3 star hotel, definitely not a 5, humidity & mold issues in the rooms. you better stay away And choose a different option around kalim bay. Service is very basic although they try. Pool is somehow nice though

Better stay away

Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for guest well-being after I got food poisoning from their restaurant. No compensation or apology was offered. The restaurant closes at 8 PM, there’s no ATM, no spa, and limited services like no 24-hour coffee. Definitely not deserving of its five-star rating—more like two stars at best.

Not Worth the 5-Star Rating – Disappointing Stay

The reservation I made through Booking was rejected and when we arrived at the hotel, we had to pay a price many times higher than the price we received. (3 nights total 17.400 bht) Since we had nowhere to go, we had to accept it and stayed. We did not want anything to get in the way of our honeymoon holiday, but the hotel does not offer many facilities to its guests. It was around evening when we arrived, but there wasn't even a bellboy. We didn't want to have a woman at the reception carry our suitcases, but I carried one of them and I couldn't take the other one away from her. She wanted to help. The restaurant closes at 20.30. For the first time in my life, I see a hotel restaurant that closes at 20.30. The menu consists of 80% pork and fish, and beef only hamburgers. Breakfast was not enough. The location is a bit far and taxis are extremely expensive. There are two free shuttles at 10.00 and 14.00 to Patong beach but unfortunately they do not return. When I asked the reason, the business owner wanted it that way.

I would have stayed in nicer places for these prices, that's for sure, but they didn't leave me any other choice and kept the confirmation of my online reservation until the last day, and instead of confirming, I stayed at a much more expensive rate.

I highly suggest them to extend the time of kitchen closing, more breakfast options, menu with different meat options, free transfer with round,

Not a 5 star hotel

There are a total of 74 rooms at Marina Gallery Resort -KACHA- Kalim Bay. The establishment offers Wi-Fi internet connection on-site. Travellers will appreciate the 24-hour reception. Unfortunately, there are no accomodation units where visitors can ask for a cot for the little ones. The car park may be useful to those arriving by car. Guests can easily get to the airport thanks to the shuttle service available. Some services may be subject to additional charges.
