Pool

Great quiet location on the east side of Phuket island, away from the party scene. Ideal for families with school age kids or for couples. Close to loads of activities like animal encounters, water parks and shopping. Service is impeccable with amazing staff like Aey, Nee, Thomas and Tookta. Beautiful views, lovely swimming pools and awesome food.

Beautiful, quiet resort, great for families with school age kids

stayed at the Pullman for 12 nights, million dollar views out to the Islands would have to be the best in Thailand, best suited to families and older groups,  the reception area and bar beyond are excellently located, the Edge Beach club only opened after refurbishment the day before we left, beds very comfortable and room had a nice view over gardens and part sea view,  food in both the Aqua and Tamarind restaurants very good , special thanks to Yoh, Bow and Fon in the top bar who provided excellent service, also Aoy  Aey and Nee in the Aqua restaurant,  Kung and Tak for room service and all the reception staff 😀

This review is almost a year late, stayed in July 2024.

Lovely big resort, staff are really lovely and helpful.

The hotel caters really well to children which is so refreshing to see. 
My son loved the kids movie night and being able to eat his dinner while watching a movie.

We used the babysitting service 1 night. 
The baby sitter was so lovely and the kids really liked her. We were nervous as it was our first time leaving the kids with anyone that wasn’t family but they did great and she was really great with them. 

Few things that I didn’t quite enjoy;
- Service can be a bit slow sometimes, one night we went to Aqua for a buffet and were seated and nobody came to take our order for kids meals or drinks after numerous requests from my husband. Only about a quarter of the restaurant was full as well.

- Ordered a milkshake by the pool one day only for it to take an hour to come, and that only happened after I asked one of the waiters around the pool if it was coming. Again it wasn’t busy.

- Couldn’t get peanut butter at breakfast for the last few days. I’d been feeling a bit unwell and nauseous as I was pregnant and was only able to enjoy toast with peanut butter but for some reason it wasn’t at breakfast for the remainder of our stay and the staff didn’t really know why. Disappointed as it’s such a simple staple and no one really cared to replenish it. Small things like that are really appreciated. 

- It was my husbands birthday during our stay and I emailed in advance to ask if they would be able to bring a small cake or something up to the room to surprise him. A small slice of cake, still in the wrapper was brought up very late, after dinner time after I called and asked if anything was being delivered, it was quite embarrassing, could have put some effort in and put it on a plate and made it look a little better.

Enjoyable experience but could’ve been better

Our stayed here for approximately 13 nights. Even though the main pool was under renovation during our visit, another pool was still available for guests,My son is 6 month old absolutely loved the Kids' Club So we really thank you to Leena, Somjeen, and Pepsy for engaging with my little boy and bringing so many smiles and laughs. My husband got a bit sunburnt, and the staff were incredibly helpful, recommending and even providing cream for him. We were very impressed with their thoughtful assistance

Great vacation

The staff was absolutely amazing. Now, Yoh, Fon, Esjay, Kelvin were all so personable and attentive. We will be back in June and can’t wait to see these people. I also want to mention the breakfast crew but I don’t have names, unfortunately. Thank you to these people, and because of them we will be back
