We came to Avani+ Samui for 2 nights and ended up staying 9 — a big part of that was Fern. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, helpful, and always had a genuine smile. We had a fantastic time at a Avani hotel in Chaweng. The staff were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect, from the warm welcome at check-in to their attentive service throughout my visit.

Fantastic stay at a Avani hotel

I recently stayed here with my 19 year old daughter and her friend and the hotel was perfect. Close enough to the nightlife but just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet at night. The hotel itself was great, nice rooms, super comfy beds, friendly staff and a really chilled vibe.

The perfect location

I stay here for a number of reasons, the high quality...of everything, cleanliness, great staff (and staff levels) amenities, food...Kreats, the head chef, is an excellent...head chef, customer engagement, services, quality...and commitment 
The other staff I'd like to mention are Fern, May, Bank and Chat...all so good at their respective jobs, well done Avani
