I stayed in Ramada seminyak probably 4-5 times a year. Regular visit as the property is close to denpasar yet not far from Seminyak area. 
But coming here often I see how the property perform worsen at every visit. My last visit I was put on the room that were improper as there were bugs. They move us to nee room, cleaner but toilet flush did not work properly. Shower were kinda not working too. 

Their breakfast is still the best among its competitors. Apart from the location and breakfast, the service is not bad but not outstanding too. At least for me. Some are friendly some are not. 
I hope they improve the next time i am there.

Worsen over the years

I waited 40 minutes just to check in, only to have another guest cut in front of me and be assisted first—the staff said nothing and acted like it was normal. No apology, no acknowledgment.

After finally getting checked in, no one gave me directions to the room, and no assistance was offered for my luggage. I had to carry everything myself, and it took me 10 minutes to find the room—it was far and completely unmarked.

I had booked two queen rooms on Booking.com, but was given one queen and one twin room. When I raised the issue, the front desk staff said, “It says queen or twin, so we gave you both,” and acted like it was no big deal. Even worse, they blamed Booking.com for the confusion and told me to contact them directly—at 1 a.m.! Absolutely no accountability or willingness to help resolve the issue on the spot.

The lack of care, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard for guest satisfaction was shocking. This hotel clearly doesn’t value its guests or know how to deliver even basic hospitality.

I highly do NOT recommend this hotel. It was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Terrible Experience – Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed In

Excellent hotel. Good breakfast option. Close to the airport. Front area is under construction/renovation. Staff are extremely helpful throughout. Alek and Virgo stood out as being polite and thoughtful for us. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children (1 & 3). 

Kids corner is ok
Food options are good not so much for vegetarians who don't eat egg or fish but the Indian curry is divine

Lucky not stay in this hotel!!
The reservation team was very horrible. The hotel invited us a year ago with voucher for trial stay and the voucher is valid till 1st may 2025. I'm trying to make a reservation on april 2nd till april 4th for 2 nights via WhatsApp. They said, will double check my booking and will update shortly. But after 2 days waiting, they don't even give us the confirmation and changed their Whatsapp picture which showing they closed during Idul Fitri period 31st march till 7th april. Do you think I'm stuppid that the reservation is totally closed!!. If you're really closed during that period how come with the other guest if they need help for their booking???
I've tried to message them and they said that my booking period is during high season and it is not applicable. If my booking is on high seasons then why you didn't inform me in advance. If I didn't messaged you, you'll  never give us the update. 
This hotel has the worst reservation staff. And until this time they didn't reply my message.
Get terrrible experience before stay. 
Strickly this hotel is not recommended!!

Bad customer service ever

Staff are pleasant and obliging.

I found noise to be an issue, unable to have a reasonable night sleep at all throughout an intended relaxing break.
Loud door buzzers on each room are unnecessary as you can hear from several rooms down, paper thin doors (which slam) allowing all other guest and worker noise in from the corridors throughout the night, and roosters at the neighbouring property going off before the crack of dawn less than 5 meters from window.

Recommend the following easy fixes:
*Remove all door buzzers, a light knock on the door is adequate;
*Sound proof the day spa rooms so the loud music and screaming from the pool area do not impact (I cancelled my subsequent spa appointments due to it being quite an unpleasant experience);
*Address the rooster problem with the neighbour next door;
*Hydraulic door closers with better quality doors and seals to reduce the amount of slamming and increase noise insulation;

There was also no hot water in the showers which I note is not isolated as mentioned in previous reviews.

Otherwise potential to be a reasonable option.
